“We had our interior air filter blocking the glove box from closing which was recently changed on our 2015 Toyota Rav 4. Joe looked at a video and found we were missing the piece that holds it. Thank You Joe!! My husband’s knee caps appreciate not driving home another 2 hours with the glovebox stuck open. Joe went above and beyond helping us as we had bought the air filter and had it installed at another O’Reilly’s store out of the area.”

Hey, we had batteries tested, all had a good charge. Battery Systems tech/owner tested them all, cleaned all terminals and said each is still a good battery, 1 to 2 years left jn them.
No charge
. He told us to clean all battery cables in a water & baking soda solution, scrub each with wire brush and reinstall.
