The service department is in need of an overhaul .The service schedule offered is either a four or an eight hour window . They will use every minute of the schedule even if the vehicle is not being worked on. At least, this has been my experience twice within a week s time.Communication is lacking. Insure you ask questions or be prepared for a long wait without communication from service writers .The first visit was to check out a warranty issue hours later, with no word. Then, finally, four hours in ordering part. The second visit should only be approximately 3-4 hours. Well, approximately seven hours later should be completed today. Then, the vehicle finally finished .I'm not sure if I'll give them another opportunity or not. Will have to really think it over, especially after reading other reviews

Not only did the service center spend 4 hours “finding a part” they then mislead with their pricing and finance department essentially costing us thousands of incessant dollar right before Christmas they also did not fix anything AND didn’t put parts back on correctly resulting in us having to spend more money to replace them. Unprofessional and highly mismanaged. We were warned but with them being the only Chevy certified mechanics means they monopolized the area and can get away with screwing people over. Don’t even take maintenance warranty work to them because it will still cost you thousands for them to stand around and give you your brand new vehicle back in worse shape the delivered to them.

Good service. I went in for an oil change and I was impressed how they put floor and seat covers to preserve the cleanliness before they took my vehicle. It showed me they take care of your vehicles. Ezekiel was easy to work with and very professional.

The person I dealt with was great however the results were NOT! Whoever was the person who said it was done completely ruined my thanksgiving vacation. When I went to pick up my truck it wouldn’t even start and I couldn’t get a loaner or any type of real customer service and then I had to jam my family into a tiny car and leave dogs at home so I ONLY got 1 day with relativesTy ?? great job

It took 3 months to get our vehicle repaired, this would have been ok if we had been notified that our repair would take that long, because they knew they only had one transmission tech. I have no issues with the customer service person we had during this, however firing the manager of the service department would be a great place to start, I am sure he speaks many languages and and looks good doing it. We never received so much as a call back from him, useless. I here that if you bought your vehicle from here or had your vehicle towed in you get a higher priority. This place is just a sign of the times with poor management, and in a word sucks.

The service advisor did a great job.I am not pleased with the policies of the dealership that force customers to return multiple times due to its choice to limit its parts departments inventory. Decisions to validate warranty claims, procurement of replacement parts and ultimately perform the necessary service do not place the customer first. This puts the customer at a significant disadvantage. Pretty poor policy in my opinion!

Bud Clary Chevrolet did an awesome job on my box van. With the info they gave me I assumed I wasn’t gonna have my box van back for a month. These guys did an excellent job and it took them a week and a half to get it back to me. Thanks Bud Clary!

I had Bud Clary perform an airbag recall on my Escalade. When I the vehicle was returned to me, there was deep scratches on the dash trim and the passenger airbag cover was no longer sitting flush and had a gap between it and the dash where it was apparently pried up. They did perform the service quickly but the quality was lacking a little.

Jose was super nice, very helpful, and great customer service. He actually told me about a recall that I didn't know about and fixed the problem. Very generous he was. Jose made me feel that he was there for us, the people. Seems to really care about satisfying his customer. Very well mannered I am going to recommend friends and family to go there for service. Very well done Jose. I appreciate you and your customer service.

Great customer service! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We live out of state and worked with Kevin to try and locate a vehicle. He gave us updates throughout the process and answered all of our questions promptly. I would highly recommend them!

Was treated very well by all the gentlemen working at service desks!!!! All very tentative & helpful!!!Grateful they noticed my front tire was unsafe, they installed my spare tire for me & shared knowledge & concern re driving on spare.Thank you sooo much!!Look forward to nextvisit ?

Set up an appointment and they took 3 hours to change the oil. They parked my truck and didn’t even touch it for 2.5 hours. When I asked if it is done they haven’t even started the oil change. They need to hire more mechanics or work my truck when it gets there. What is the point of an appointment if it will just sit there? Once I get my last oil changed (prepaid), I will never go back.

The recalls I needed to have addressed were fixed in a timely manner and were complete by the time the associate had promised. Having a free shuttle to and from work to drop off and pick up my truck was an added bonus.

Dropped off for appt. Told they would have done that day. And would call when done. Never got called, and called them but answer machine said they would call me back, but never did and you can't talk to service, parts, or even sales. So left in the dark and if I could find anything out would have to drive 60 miles to see if truck is done, so will have to wait till Monday and see if anyone answers or drive over.
