Christian and the staff are great. Bought a second vehicle is less than 1 month from them. The entire time everything was very transparent, Christian at no point was pushy which I can appreciate that. The dude even drove to my hometown to pick up the remaining of the documents so I wouldn’t have to make the trip again, which is about over an hour. Had a pleasant experience. Good communication. No complaints here.

After being informed that I had a family member, a cousin named Eryn, who manages Bud Clary’s Ford/Honda dealership, I was excited at the prospect of actually being “taken care of”, instead of taken for a ride. I made the assumption, or the leap, that family takes care of family. But this was not the case. After arriving at the dealership, I was introduced to my wife’s cousin. After some pleasantries, he excused himself and he handed us off to some salesman named Christian, who is polite and relatively well informed. This is while we are waiting to be handed off to another sales person, (who we were to meet initially), who is going to actually complete our transaction. Tanya Roll was the one who genuinely took care of us. She was exceedingly pleasant, patient, and kind. She engagingly spoke and answered every question, and if she wasn’t sure, she got someone to answer my questions that had the knowledge while learning more about the products herself. My thoughts/or assumptions were that as a “member of the family”, I would have, (at the very least), received some discount off of the sticker price of the car for being related. NOPE. I paid full sticker for the car, but was offered some sort of discount on an extended warranty. I don’t feel that I was treated any better for having been related to the manager of the dealership. The sales people, as expected, were pleasant and helpful, but a car purchase is a large purchase, and ANY savings made would have benefited me and my family in the long run. I’ve made purchases before from people that I didn’t know, and often facilitated a rather pleasant discount from the sticker price before making an actual purchase. I receive no such accommodations from an actual family member/representative of said family member. I like the car and love the people that helped me and finalized the purchase, Tanya, Louie, Christian, etc…but I won’t be shopping from Eryn, or this dealership, again.

I had the most amazing experience buying a car from Vince at Bud Clary Ford, I have an anxiety about purchasing vehicles period, but Vince was AMAZING!!! He made the process so much fun, he listened and didn't get frustrated with the budget I was working with. If you are looking for a car, please...please go see Vince if you want an amazing and fun time!! If you can't find Vince just ask for El Muchacho!!! Thank you again Vince you are an amazing man and may you have all the success you deserve!!!

We had a great experience with Christian and Louie. They didn’t push us to buy a car outside our budget, they worked with us to stay within our means, they understood just what we wanted, and most importantly, they made it happen!!! Thank you for being honest and kind, Christian and Louie, we love our Ford Bronco Sport!

Worst experience I have had at a dealership dealing with the service department, my pickup had been sitting at bud clary for warranty motor work since June it is now end of October. I have been fed nothing but lies from Mathew at the service department. I have contacted ford corporate in hopes of helping speed the process of getting my pickup fixed with little to know success. I would recommend staying clear of this dealership!

Had an appointment to get some warranty items fixed after parts arrived at dealership. Dropped off truck and was taken home in the dealership shuttle. An hour after being dropped off at home I get a call from the service department saying that the tech who was assigned to work on my truck had been moved to work something else and my truck wouldn’t get done. I asked to make an appointment for another day and he said a “manager” would call to reschedule. It has now been a week and no one has called. Horrible service.

These guys didn’t have to service my motorhome. It was too large to get into their shop. But they took care of me by servicing it outside on the asphalt. Them not wanting to turn me away says a lot to me about the kind of people who work there. Thank you Bud Clary Ford and a big thumbs up to all the people who work there. They really do care about the customer. And this was my first time going there. I’ll definitely be back.Thanx again.

Disappointed and taken advantage of.The service team while adequately polite, was completely inept.I informed several of them that I didn’t believe I had a stock ford windshield and my rain sense wipers were not functioning. They had the car for 6 hours, wasted a full day waiting for it.Then charged me $280 to tell me it wasn’t a stock windshield and the rainsense won’t work properly. They didn’t service anything.Could have told me that over the phone. Will never go back!!!

Had a really bad experience. DO NOT GET SERVICE THERE they offer you oil changes and then if notnused they will still keep the money. They do not let you know all the details and their manager is very rude ! I tried to talk and explain something they did offer and informed me about but left many important information out. When I tried to explain the lady I spoke with would talk over me and just keep stating she didn't know nothing so please stay away from that place. Take your business elsewhere

I don't believe I will be returning to Bud Clary Ford for sales, parts or especially service. Their shop was 30 days out on scheduling repairs, and they had my vehicle over 2 weeks. That was the extent of slack I was willing to extend to them. Upon receiving the truck today, it died 3 blocks from the dealership, with the same complaint I took it to them to fix. To top it off, apparently the person performing the service did not know how to drive a manual transmission and now the clutch is not functioning properly. It is not worth it to me to try and get this dealership to resolve this issue. This truck is a vital piece of equipment for my business and I cannot trust Bud Clary Ford of Moses Lake for service.

Terrible place to buy a used car. They claim they will fix any issues, set you up an appointment and give you the run around. All you get are excuses that a manager quit and have no idea what was discussed even though the person you’re speaking too has been working with you through the whole process. Then they try and charge you fees and claim warranty will not cover and neither will their promises. Integrity is the least of the worries here.

We drove in from out of town after seeing a specific van that we were interested in. We came ready to purchase, took a test drive, and really liked what we found. As soon as we sat down, however, we were informed that the price was being marked up $3000. When we objected we were told that this was standard practice. We were also informed that we were lucky it wasn't marked at $5000 because that's what they usually do for out-of-state people. When we pushed back on this and asked why the price is different on the website and different than when I had asked about it the day before, I was told "that's just how we do things" because "things aren't like they used to be back when they were all sorts of cars available."This was a very frustrating interaction as we had driven in from about 100 miles away with the intent of buying the car. When we said that practice seemed very dishonest, the manager looked at us and said "what do you mean?"We certainly continue to enjoy the brand, but at this location, after an interaction where the sales people were willing to be dishonest about pricing, and then put their hands up and say there's nothing they can do, it's hard to trust their intentions. We won't be back.

I'd leave 0 stars if this app would let me! My husband brought our 2016 F150 in for a check up, oil change and to fix a few issues that had been diagnosed at a prior time (at another Ford dealership). After telling us that this was going to cost almost $4k we decided to get a second opinion. When we went to pick up the truck, the woman at Bud Cleary told my husband that she "wouldn't give us the keys unless we pay for the parts that they were going to use on our vehicle" and claimed that they were "specially ordered". Funny how they had specially ordered parts in their hands overnight. I also don't recall any verbal or written contract that we were responsible for purchasing parts that we didn't use (of course it could exist, but it was never communicated). $1.4K later with only a diagnostic, oil change and a bag of parts in hand, we headed to another dealership. Upon arrival, the second dealership was concerned at the prices that we were charged for the parts which he said were "double" list price. Additionally, after having another diagnostic completed they were able to eliminate multiple issues that Bud Cleary was going to have us pay to repair (unnecessarily). They even found some issues that Bud Cleary had missed. With all of the services needed we still came in almost half of what Bud Cleary was asking. This is our 7th Ford vehicle purchased, and we have never had such horrible service. I will not be bringing any vehicles here moving forward, and I urge you to do your homework before you bring yours. Drive the extra hour or two to be sure you're getting the service you pay for!

I am utterly disappointed with my experience at Bud Clary Ford Dealership of Moses Lake, WA. I purchased my 2016 F150 from them in May because they promised that undergo a comprehensive inspection prior to delivery along with all required recalls. I allowed them to keep it as long as necessary for this to happen, and they kept it another two weeks following completion of paperwork to perform these processes. They have proven themselves to be unreliable and untrustworthy, making promises they couldn't keep and jeopardizing my safety in the process. To begin with, they failed to fulfill a mandatory recall on my master brake cylinder, putting my life at risk during a road trip across mountain passes. It's unimaginable that a reputable dealership would overlook such a critical safety issue, jeopardizing not only my safety but also the safety of others on the road.Secondly, I purchased my used F150 from this dealership, hoping for the assurance of comprehensive inspections and care for Ford vehicles. Unfortunately, they proved themselves to be far from capable in this regard. The spark plugs, crucial for the proper functioning of the 3.5L EcoBoost engine, were completely neglected. As any informed Ford owner knows, poorly maintained spark plugs can lead to serious engine problems, compromising performance and fuel efficiency while potentially causing long-term damage. It's disheartening that this Bud Clary Ford Dealership, despite being a Ford-specific dealership, lacks the knowledge and diligence necessary to ensure the safety and reliability of the vehicles they sell. Why should one bother purchasing used from a Ford dealership if they provide no tangible benefits for Ford vehicles and fail to address essential safety and engine concerns? The lack of attention to safety and customer satisfaction is inexcusable. I feel deceived and betrayed by this Bud Clary Ford Dealership, and I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I advise against doing business with them.Attempting to address these issues with the dealership's staff proved to be futile. While the sales department seemed interested in resolving the issues, this proved to be more empty promises. They displayed dismissive attitudes leaving me frustrated and anxious about the condition of my vehicle. It seems like they have little regard for their customers once they've made a sale.I cannot emphasize strongly enough how important it is for potential customers to steer clear of this Bud Clary Ford Dealership. Their negligence and lack of accountability present a clear danger to anyone who purchases a vehicle from them. Your safety and peace of mind should not be compromised for the sake of convenience. In conclusion, my experience with this Bud Clary Ford Dealership has been riddled with broken promises, critical safety oversights, and neglect of crucial engine components. Avoid this dealership at all costs and seek out a more reputable and customer-oriented establishment for your automotive needs. Your safety and the well-being of your vehicle deserve better than what this dealership can offer.
