My wife & i felt truly Blessed & taken care of by Tanya, Jeff & Mark. Ms Tanya was always upfront, clear & honesty throughout our experience & we believe she only wanted what we wanted, versus trying to just sell sell sell!! She was very attentive to our questions & needs & was always present.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. Worst car dealership around. STAY AWAY. Bought a car from them with a warranty, I lived in Portland at the time drove out to get the car. Stayed the night in Moses lake. Next morning car had problems starting. Took it in to the dealership and they said there was nothing wrong with it even though it was hard to start after turning it off. We also had an agreement that they would cash my cashiers check at the agreed date. They cashed it a month early. Breaching contract. Then said I didn't have to pay the amount due to the fact they breached contact. They wrote me a check and said sorry for the inconvenience. Then called me a month later saying I would have to pay it back. Most fraudulent dealership out here in Washington. STAY AWAY

Great customer service ,loved that we had already picked our car but ended up going with a brand new car instead . They work with you and try to get u where u want ur payments to be . I was surprised my daughter actually got her new car that day was not expecting that since we had been told she wouldn’t be able to get her car with how young she was and no credit history . But that changed when we went to Honda . I am so grateful and thankful that she ended up taking home her brand new 2024 car home . I would love to thank Jessica for helping us out through this whole process . She is the best and love how friendly and amazing she is . She doesn’t push a car onto you but listens to what u want and offers the best service she can . Thank you so much . 100% recommend.

Came in for a valve adjustment, oil change and investigating a rattle sound coming from under the car. When I cane to pick it up, they said both valve covers were damaged and need to be replaced, they did not put an oil change sticker in my windshield, or reset the oil life in my dash indicator. Valve covers are not damaged, unless the techs damaged them during the valve adjustment, which I should not have to pay for. They did not even look for the rattle under the car, or it would have been noted on the invoice. Their labor rates are ridiculous too. $150 something an hour? This is Honda, not Mercades! I have been ripped off now at both the Honda and Ram dealerships in town, both owned by Bud Clarey. The Clarey Care oil change package is a good value, but for anything else I would drive to Spokane if possible.

I have been getting my oil changes for my cars here for several years now. I never had a bad experience except foe the occasional delay while doing an oil change which isn't a big deal. However, I had setup an appointment for last Wednesday early in the morning. My wife got there on time and they told her they were backed up and it would be a few hours before they could get to our car. My wife didn't want to stick around for several hours for an oil change so she rescheduled right there in person for the following Monday. It wasn't too big of a deal but it was a hassle. Anyways, Monday comes and I call early on to make sure the appointment was still as scheduled. I spoke to an operator who transferred me to service but I had to leave a voice-mail. I never received a call back so I told my wife just to go ahead and go. She gets there and they told her that they can't help her out since nothing was scheduled. The lady asked if we got a confirmation number for the appointment which I never did. I never even received one from the previous appointment. It is a frustrating experience especially since we live half an hour away. We just ended up going elsewhere for an oil change.

I bought a car last week. Vince was very kind and understanding. He was flexible and made sure I got the payment option I wanted. When it was time for me to pick up the car, he got me another detailing appointment because he noticed spots that were missed. If you are looking for a car, ask for Vince! My family was driving through from way out of town, and I'd known we'd need an oil change. Calling the dealership service department I didn't have to wait on hold hardly any time at all, and they were able to have an appointment for me when I needed it. Service was very fast and everyone was very professional and kind.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Bud Clary Honda in Moses Lake while purchasing a new Honda Pilot. Tanya was terrific in leading us through the process. After buying a $15k truck from them it broke down on the way home. Traded my Honda of the same year in for the truck, reached out while in warranty to have it fixed and the manager AARON lied to me multiple times, both of us have a iPhone and he read my messages with no reply, then 5 months later replied saying the person who sold me the truck no longer worked there and I could figure it out on my own. Go to a dealership that actually has integrity, wants to help those who buy cars from them or in general dosent sell lemons while knowing the issue. ended up being a transmission issue and oil pump in my motor needing replaced. Damage is just as much as the truck itself.
