Just bought my second car from budclary & both times i had great customer service from both kevin & alondra with the test drives as well as the paper work part & the other kevin was very helpful as well when signing the final paper work.. I appreciate all the help from the workers. Highly recommend buying a car from them (:

Fairly quick service! My ONLY complaint is the tech destroyed my carpet with their dirty/muddy work boots. There was no barrier put down and that was not nice coming back to my car to. ?

I went in for an appt. For oil change. We have a pre paid plan. The man who initially helped me listed three items that showed needing attention. The estimate was about $348. I gave the go ahead. A bit later he showed me a filter which needed replacement, again I gave go ahead. 2 1/2 hrs. later I was told they were finished & I could come pay. The original man who helped me had left. A woman took over & showed my total- just over $1000. I was stunned as they did much more than I had agreed to, but I paid it with credit card since the work was done. Needless to say, my spouse was enraged when I returned home with the news & paperwork!!! I doubt we will feel confident to ever return . Pretty sure he will be contacting The Better Business Bureau. Very upset!!!
