“Angel, along with Daniella, plus Jackie, the store manager that all works there was extremely helpful get my fiancée and my cell phone shopping ready and what plans would be available. They all provided the best customer service that I have ever seen in a long time. They was extremely knowledgeable and was a fantastic help. I am changing over tomorrow from another company due to lack of customer service that had happened when the original manager was moved to a larger city. From what I see, so far these workers here are fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and quite helpful. Thanks everyone.Just added, a couple days later I came back, the company Boost Mobile would not let me change my phone to Cricket... I will never use Boost again. I had them for ten plus years and their sevice got so bad.... It was very poor but everyone at Cricket did their best excellent work to please my fiancee and me.”

“Had to buy my wife a new phone so I came up to metro pcs here in Moses Lake, the sales associate Monica was very friendly and prompt with her service. I was in and out with a new phone in probably 10 minutes ( my fastest time ever in a Metro) and I very much appreciated that cuz I was busy with other things I had to do that day...All in all I recommend the store, It was clean and staff was welcoming and friendly...”
