Package has been in Moses lake for 3 days so far. I live in soap lake. I called and escalated, no change. I opened a ticket on the website. Still has not left or updated. It's a 15 mile drive to my house from the FedEx ground location.

Husband on porch watched the delivery guy get ready to throw package labeled fragile into the yard. Guy was mid throw when husband stopped him. Guy threw a fit he had to do his job and now shatter an extremely expensive Christmas present.

Giving a 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars.... don't expect these people to actually want to deliver your packages. The are obviously to lazy to get out of the truck and walk inside to leave your mail, they would rather lie and say you are not home... do yourself a huge favor and go with UPS or USPS
