So far this service has been great. They don’t give you a free router but their customer service is great. It’s a small ISP but they take care of their customers.

I have changed my review because once we had a problem again my bf called and left a voicemail. You even called us in the middle of the night to help. We really appreciate it and are very grateful that we were able to sort out the problem. Hopefully nothing along these lines happens again but we are glad to know that if we do have a problem we can call and figure it out. Thank you

We moved here a few months ago and these guys were on it. I had issues connecting over the weekend we moved in. When I called them that Monday, Brian (I think that was his name), was out here within an hour, updated the connections in our box, and we were good to go. Every call I have made to them before and after our move has been a great experience. Friendly, helpful, fast. I personally love the auto-pay option. I don't have to think about the bill or the payment!

I love that you can call and a human answers in seconds. We've only had our Internet go out once in over three years and they were out to fix it in half an hour. You always know how much you are paying and it's reasonable. Couldn't be happier with them unless it was free.

When I first moved to ML another company told me it would be a couple weeks before they could hook me up. As a WFH professional this did not work for me. I work for a large multi national company. High Speed internet is a requirement for individuals working from home. I called Powernet, and they came out the same day. Reliability and speed have been excellent - requirements for me working from home. On a service level they are very friendly and responsive. In my mind there is no choice - choose Powernet.

I have been so impressed with the service I have received. I moved to Moses Lake about 3 weeks ago from Phoenix and was nervous to find out that there weren’t many internet providers. I have been used to big box providers for years (CenturyLink, Xfinity, Cox) so was unsure who to choose here in town. I chose Grant Power Net because the reviews were pretty decent. From the first conversation we had, I could tell it would be a different experience than what I was used to. I’m used to being on hold for long periods of time while I speak with a customer service agent in another country. In this case it was the complete opposite. It was a very personalized experience setting up the connection, and I was told I would need to get a router, and they even made suggestions (since I know basically nothing about it). I was nervous having to set up my own connection. Once I got the router, my husband tried to set it up but we ran into some challenges. We gave Grant Power Net a ring and he said he would send someone out to help. Within a half hour someone was here, up in our attic finding and fixing the connection and then getting us set up. He was done in about 30-45 minutes. I never expected such amazing service and it was a pleasant surprise. Our connection has been fast and I’ve had no issues streaming from multiple devices. Very pleased!

I have tried to call 7 times today BECUASE my internet is not working and they say leave a message we will get back to you !!!!!! ONLY YOU CANT LEAVE A MESSAGE ON A PHONE IF THE VOICEMAIL IS FULL!! I will be finding another internet provider

edit: speed and overall quality has improved. Original review below was at 2 stars and reflected my experience before everything has gotten better. It has been a month or so I believe, so I am updating my review.With "fiber" you aren't able to watch a simple low hd 720p video on youtube on a wired ethernet connection with a new nighthawk router. I had the same issues and was recommended to buy a new router by an employee. After doing so, am still experiencing same problems on every device. Wifi, or wired- this company has slow speeds. I appreciate their customer service, but not the actual service I'm paying money for.
