“I called over the phone to make a reservation for our baseball tournament, and the gentleman that helped me was so kind and friendly. When we checked in, the staff were also friendly and helpful. The room was clean, nice size tv and not to mention..my kids loved the apps on the tv! Breakfast was wonderful. A lot of options to choose from! Thank you Inn at Moses Lake, for a great stay!”

“I'm rating this a 5 star, based on comparison of other budget hotels and understanding that this is not an upscale hotel chain that I normally stay at when I travel. That being said, my 28ish day stay at this hotel was really wonderful. I was in room 318 and the room was spotless...even more clean then upscale hotels I've stayed at in the past. The staff was friendly, parking was very easy and plentiful, and the included breakfast was really good too. The internet was reliable and was decent speed and the desks in the room provided for a great working space. If there is one criticism is that the shower heads are showing their age and should be replaced, but the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and I like the idea of daily housekeeping automatically. Nothing beats coming into a nice clean refreshed hotel room after a full day working in the field. I would totally stay here again.”

“The staff here are so nice and kind. The rooms are newly renovated and clean! I appreciate that the room feels homely, compared to the common commercial motel/hotels. The 7am - 11am Coffee Time is awesome. Mama at the front desk was so sweet. As I made my way to refill my coffee cup at the front office, she greeted me with a good morning and says she has a fresh pot brewing and will only take a minute. :) Definitely recommend!! It's near food stores and shopping areas too.”

“Absolutely wonderful staff. Quiet rooms and location. Room, linens, and towels were clean and comfortable. On check in there are warm cookies available for guests.

I accidentally left my dog's bed behind and the hotel staff actually called me and left a message to let me know. I called them back to say I was unable to retrieve it and the staff member I spoke with volunteered to drive the bed to Moses Lake's animal shelter so it would be put to good use. I am delighted that I got a phone call about an item left behind and even more grateful that the staff member I spoke with was willing to take time to ensure that the dog bed stayed out of the landfill.

The pet form that you fill out is totally reasonable and the staff were very cool about my dog staying the night.

“Don't let their broken sign fool you - this place is great. The colors are bright and welcoming, the rooms are neat and exceptionally clean, and the family that runs it is kind and helpful. There is a $250 fee for smoking in the rooms, so there's a distinct absence of that musty cigarette smell found in so many budget places. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Don’t expect it to be clean as a whistle but no roaches were seen. New lady at the counter was super amazing. Location is impeccable. You can walk to the market and gas station under 3min”
