Most importantly, I would like to commend how he was with other clients, there was a build up of waiting customers (predominantly elderly clients) who seemingly needs help with their phones. I unintentionally overheard some of their issues which pretty sounds simple and easy to fix but Michael was very patient and treated them with respect and ultimately fixed their phone issues.
