“Customer Service and Installers were Great! New to the area and chose LocalTel because the Vibe upload was only 50mbps upstream, as a old slow gamer that is the kiss of death. Installer went out of his way to install it into my Man Cave/Game Room instead of living room, got to have Cat 5 into the main system you know. Started with the 250/250 and now have their 1G/1G and the lovely lady that helped me with the switch gave me the Special Pricing, even though it had just passed the offer date. Currently running 506/864 with a 7ms ping out of Pasco no less results from Okidata Speed Test. Very happy!”
