One word..SLOW!!!! if you have a choice to load between simplot caldwell or this place, choose caldwell!!!!! I thought lineage was bad, this place takes the cake... Absolutely horrible!!

They give you the run around when trying to check in we got lucky and found someone on a forklift went where he said and a guy that drives for them directed us somewhere else and still looking for a 3rd person to tell us to go to a 3rd place now its past our pick up window this is so ridiculous if u are picking up from here your at the wrong building its the bigger building up the street there are 2 different simplots

Very slow. I don’t know if it’s because the plant is new or what. Took almost 9 hours to be able to leave. I got the green light and I went to strap down my load and there was damaged product. Since there was nobody around since it’s computerized I had to walk up to the front trailer and have them call inside. Had to go back and put trailer to the door. They pulled one of the pallets off and wrapped it all the way to the top like I asked them too, but they didn’t fix any of the damage product on the other boards. Then I pulled out and I noticed that the damage product was still there so I flagged down a manager that I saw and he called back in and then I went back to the door. When I get redock, he comes back and tells me that the guy inside said that if my customer has problem with the product to call customer service and give his name. So as I’m taking off a young kid comes running out and was like don’t leave. We’re in fix those boxes this time they actually did fix them. I will say their docs are really nice because there’s lots of room to maneuver and the staff inside the office was great to deal with and very helpful.

Please, do not work for this company. They do not respect you or your needs or your family. HR is beyond unorganized. It's pathetic really. They are union and HR and the union constantly have conflicts. The procedures of this company are disgusting as well. I will not be eating McDonald's fries...
