Dropped off my Prius to get the tires changed. Came back and the car was dead sitting in the parking lot with the lights on. They said sorry we didn't know we left it running. They then had to jump it. They also threw all of the tires including the donut in the back seat instead of putting it back in its spot under the trunk. Had to tell them how to put it back because they could not figure out which way to put it. Now I am late to my next job. Also black stains all over the back of our seats from the donut. These guys are pure imbeciles and will never get our business here again. Disgusted

The BEST service! I moved here last summer from Seattle and was having some issues with my Escalade and thought it just needed a tire change and an alignment uh no needed some much needed front end work. They did a great job and it runs like a dream once again! Very professional and kind and HONEST! I will definitely be getting my tires and brakes done there when needed.

I have been dealing with Les Schwan's for the last 35 + years. There is no other tire shop that compares to their service , quality of products & they have backed up there products 100% in my case. There shops are spread all over, seems like any half major town has a Schwab's in it & they all cover warrantees from any of there shops you buy from. They do free road trip check ups, & flat repairs if the tires come from them, What's not to like. JW. Hansen.

Timely, helpful staff. I was on a roadtrip and my front tire started to tear. They assessed my tires and found the front 2 I needed at a nearby store. Courteous, timely, helpful. I have 2 dogs and they brought the key out so I could put my dogs away in the vehicle.

Just had to get my tires rotated but they checked my car out well and it only took about 10 minutes.

While visiting moses lake I ended up with a flat tire. This particular Les Schwab was beyond amazing. They showed up quickly, put the spare on my car, and repaired the tire quickly. Saved my trip and time. Oh...the popcorn was excellent. Highly recommend the Moses Lake Wa location!

This is the second time, we only needed 1 tire and Les Schwab being Les Schwab of course, decided that they needed to change all 4 tires. I'm not paying over 1000 dollars for tires when only one is needed. Not using Les Schwab again, was a loyal customer for twenty years.
Would give less stars if I could. Taking my business to Cooper Tires.

He wouldn't listen to my wife and daughter. So we went down the street and bought a set of copper for 1k bucks. Les schwab good for people with no money and no options.
