Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Moses Lake, WA Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. This is a great store with everything you need. It really is all about the people, and right now they have the right people, providing top notch and wonderful customer service. Customers note the great selection and the quality of the brands and tools they carry. It is always a great visit. However, some customers find the customer service in store is almost non-existent at times, with difficulty finding someone to help. The store has a lot of self checkouts, and some would prefer at least one staffed checkout stand. There have been significant issues with warranty service and repairs on certain items, where customers were told the store does not repair items and could not provide help without a receipt, leading to frustration. Despite these problems, for many, Lowe's has always been a favorite.

Went to lowes for a last min purchase on a dishwasher and sink. Sheena was so helpful and got us on our way quick. Best service I've had In a while.

Not a bad place to go for many things. My biggest complaint is if your waiting on them to bring you something or load something for you it can take a long while or even be forgotten about sometimes, even when there not real busy. Have some patience.
