Interesting how these employees all got bonuses bc of how much need there is in the area yet they send people away in droves. They literally do nothing to help people and sit around acting like the saints in the town. Please. I've seen them court many times. Unprepared, not even knowing the names of the victims they are supposed to be advocating for. It's a joke. Literally just there for the illusion that something is being done. Do notlook to them for any help. They do not offer anything that will help you get away from an abuser. You have to go straight to a judge and beg. maybe get a lawyer but do not expect new hope to lift a finger.

I'm 65 yrs old and found myself homeless, Yes homeless. I waited outside until they opened but a employee felt the need to 'rain on me'. SHE said, WE don't have services for you. Unless I show up with Black eyes. SHE said some other 'garbage' had me crying... Opened door, Locked IT. SHE didn't unlock door until I was gone. NEVER WILL I REFER ANYONE TO YOUR HEARTLESS BUSINESS.

It's absolutely insane to think that the only way you can get help from them is to put a restraining order on the person that you have been with for 10 years and simply because you guys don't get along anymore and you wish to separate so that things don't get out of hand or people go to jail you are advised by all the officers to contact New Hope but once you contact with new hope they will not help you unless you put a restraining order against the other party even if you have children with the other party and it just blows my mind that the name of their company is called New Hope but yet really what it's doing is it's going to make things way harder on the father or the mother on seeing their kids and it's going to be extremely hard to co-parent cuz most harassment orders Last 5 Years it's absolutely insane that to try and get New Hope to help you for a better situation you have to make things worse first horrible example of New Hope because since I refused to get the restraining order because that just doesn't make sense when there's not one that needs to be put in place I'm not stuck homeless with four children New Hope needs to think about their policies and rules before claiming to help families

It's interesting that they always claim to be so busy with too many cases to handle. Yeah, if you actually helped women get protection and away from abusers maybe you wouldn't have so many "clients".
