I was able to relax and unwind I’ve never been to a yoga class that provides sound bowls was able to open my plugged chakras! I’m glad KiKi called me about spring equinox session part of the Yoga Academy they offer this class for free it was uplifting and worth me joining in thank you 02 Studio Yoga!

A wonderful studio in downtown Moses Lake. I started coming here just trying to avoid back surgery. Now a little more than a year later I am healthier than ever. I am stronger, sleep better and even had a great ski season due to my practice here. The instructors are professional and well trained. Bravo!!
