I got really great customer service here this particular visit, but the techs have put 2 systems in my truck and sedan respectively. They do solid, clean work, and they soldered all the connections. If you want it done right, this is the place.

I can't say enough good about these guys. The first time I dealt with them, was a long time ago when they put an auto start in my 1974 Ranchero. Since then they have put a stereo system in my Toyota, Previa, then a great system in my Volkswagon New Beetle and now I went to them to add navigation to my Sync3 system in my 2019 Mustang. They could have sold me a $2500 system and replaced everything, but instead showed me how to hook up my map app from my phone to show and react on my sync screen. Such an honest place. I recommend them to anyone wanting good work and honesty Sharon Lybbert

Took my brother’s Mustang into the Kennewick location as stereo kept showing amp error and shutting down. Mike toyed with it a bit then quoted me 2-3 hours to fix what he figured was a bad install. Due to a cancellation they were able to get to it today. All fixed now with no upcharges or parts needed. I appreciate their professionalism, honesty and expertise. Highly recommend these guys!

so i apologize and take back what i said the number i was dialing was incorrect from the internet. first time i called just now (corrected number) phone was answered immediately awesome service over phone going down within next few days to get a remote start setup in my car
