The nails were uneven he made me bleed on almost every single nail and he glued the nails to my skin and when they came off it took the real nail with it and I am bleeding and my nails hurt extremely bad I will never ever there nor will I recommend any of my family or friends there they don’t know what they are doing at all

New to the area, I needed a place that could keep up my fast growing cuticle and French manicure. I am pleased with my services. After 18 months my observations are: make an appointment, or you'll have to wait. They are busy :) If you have a special request, tell them ahead of time so you'll get on an expert nail tech's schedule, and bring photos. Don't be afraid to speak up right away if there is something not quite as expected. Great service, reasonable price.

I went in Friday the 27th for a dip powder mani. My cuticles weren’t cleaned up and the liquid used for the dip powder was dried out and the tech didn’t seem to know how to do dip. They looked so sloppy and my cuticles were flooded with material. They started popping off the next day. Total waste of $40 plus tip. I’ll never return here. I’ll stick with independent nail techs.

I was hesitant to go here because of the reviews but I am glad I went anyways I had a great experience. Tracy was awesome! She did a great job on my nails and she was very kind. Much appreciated!

I should have stopped them and made them fix what I thought was a concern but of course no one does because they don’t want to get bad service or be talked poorly about. I simply moved a chair today and my nail popped off. He (I’m assuming owner) had glued the tip to the skin past my nail (yes I have short nails so it’s hard anyway) after he got done applying the acrylic powder, he sent me to a gal (Cindy) to file and paint my nails. I mentioned to her a crack on the sides of my middle fingers and she said it wasn’t a crack and it was fine, obviously not. The nails go past the sides of my nail bed, so of course they have nothing to grab on to. She then looked at the underside of my nails and she should have Dremel underneath them to get the acrylic powder clump out, but she didn’t. She just dismissed it and continued to tell me I needed my eyebrows waxed and that she could do it for me. As she was applying the gel and you could tell that the acrylic was on my skin around my cuticle so I pointed and she acted like she couldn’t see it. She asked me if I would come back again before I moved and I said I don’t know, irs hard to decide because I have had so much inconsistency with my nails being done that it’s hard to even want to spend the money. I mentioned the inconsistency thinking she may try a little harder on the prep, cleanup and detail but clearly it didn’t do jack. It makes me sad that we have so many places in Moses and not a single place is consistent.

Usually I’m not too picky with nails because even some techs that rush are still good at what they do. But not with this place unfortunately. My ombré is uneven, my nails are crooked and different shapes and thickness, he cut me 3 times, and the top coat is uneven and not covering my whole nail. I’m not a confrontational person because I don’t like to come off as rude, but I would have definitely gotten a refund if I was. Paid 65 bucks for this disaster. I’m definitely done with this place.
Update: it has now been a month since I had these horrific nails that I ended up ripping off, and now I have nail fungus in majority of my finger nails! Thanks guys :) terrific job.

Went to get nails almond shaped the guy who didn’t hem didn’t listen to what’s I wanted I even shows him a picture. He shaped them wrong but I just said fine since he took forever. When he tried to paint the tired s he dint even know how to do them. At this point I got annoyed shows him the picture. He then tea me someone else will do it .Thank god he didn’t finish.!but die yo his mistakes the other person had to file them too ok what I wanted to much made then really short and many if then wee not the same length. I just wanted to cry and they then asked if I wanted to still do a pedicure I said no you guys are busy and they insisted I do it. The lady who did my toes was great and they looked great. I will never go here again they were trash taking me while I was getting my nails fixed. I on a few words they were saying. I paid $115 dollars plus tip for the pedicure of the lady who fix my nails the guy who started my nails does not deserve it. Wish I never went.They overcharge and they do a horrible job. once I came home him I cried and the. fixed them since I can nails too. But been tired, so took myself to go to a nail salon, and that was the worst mistake of my life. Once them, they looked a lot better. This place and that man who tried to do my nails and not listen to his own thing and took forever filing and all that when he shouldn’t have had to take that long. I’ve had people takeoff old nails before and do a whole set way faster than him and I took most of my nails off. Just and sooooooo disappointed in my parents I roughly calling for a refund..

Worst place I have ever been!
Went for a full set the guy cussed the hole time and smelled like weed…my nails where very poorly done and after asking to redo 3 times I was fed up and walked out before they where done

This place is absolutely horrible. They overbook, and when they overbooked, they rush you out the door and try to get your nails done as fast as possible.. my wife went in to get her nails done and they looked absolutely horrible... and sloppy. But my wife being as nice as she is, paid them for their time anyways... the next time she went in to get her nails done ... I called the shop and talked to the owner I believe and told him not to rush and do it right this time, because it's not fair to me or my wife or anyone to have to pay for garbage looking nails.. then he proceeded to hang up the phone on me.. completely unprofessional place.... avoid at all cost. It would be better to have Stevie wonder paint your nails for you. At least they would look better.

If I could post and give 0 stars I would. I went there on Friday at 3:30 with my 8 yr old daughter to get our nails done as my boyfriend had set up an appointment for us. When we showed up for our appointment they were sooo busy they older gentleman looked up from his customer and greeted us and I told him we had an appointment he then asked me if I could come back at 5 I said no I didn’t have time at 5 which is why we made an appointment so he huffed and told me to pick out my color. After my daughter and I found the colors we were looking for we sat and waited til 4:17 before he started doing my nails. He rushed through my nails I’ve never had a worse looking set of acrylic. He was going so fast and so sloppy that he was getting the acrylic all over my finger tips. Once he had the acrylics on me he sent me to wait to get the painted which was another 10-15 minute wait. When the lady who was to paint my nails called me over I asked if she could fix them because I was extremely unhappy with them. They exchanged some words and then she told me that I could go free of charge. They wouldn’t fix my nails because he was “to busy” so we left. Thankfully a great gentleman at Sunny Nails(highly recommend) was able to fix them as much as he could. Even he was appalled at the state of my nails.
