“Affordable storage right down the street from my house, can't get too much better than that. Only complaint is the main gate is secured via a coded padlock, I feel there are better options for facility security than that available, but there have only been a few minor incidents were I felt better gate security would have prevented them, or having cameras monitoring the site as well.”

“I rented a unit at this facility for almost 10 years. I loved it for many many reasons but one of the main reasons was the security features such as the barrel style locks, the security cameras on each building that actually work and monitor 24/7/365, and the coded gate. The access hours were sometimes a pain in the butt but were also a nice feature over all. Throughout the years I rented from them they worked with me several times to catch up on payments and always contacted me before moving forward with a lien process! One year I was having a particularly difficult time financially and it was Christmas time and all my Christmas stuff was in my unit but I was locked out due to payment, and I explained my situation and told them I just wanted to get my Christmas stuff out to put up for my kids who were also feeling the pain of our situation, the lady was kind enough to grant me a single gate entry and allowed me to get our Christmas stuff out for the kids! Granted I had already been renting from them for many years at that point but it was the compassion and consideration she had for my family that really warmed the heart. They treat you with respect and compassion and are willing to help and work with you when you've been a customer for a long time. At one point I was even homeless in the winter and I had no where to go and would stay in my unit at night and leave first thing when the gate opened in the morning. They had to have known because my car would be in front of my unit all night for several weeks, but again they never gave me any grief or treated me poorly. I never caused any problems nor had any problems with anyone while renting a unit from them. I have recommended them to everyone I've known looking for a storage unit. I would gladly return to their business if I ever return to the area but they certainly set a whole new standard for me in what to look for and expect from not only a storage facility but also the people who own and operate a storage facility! You will not be disappointed with your decision to rent from this company!!”

“UPDATE: THE OWNERS ARE STAND UP PEOPLE AND ARE WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU. THAT BEING SAID, STILL DONT CARE FOR THE OFFICE PERSONS DISPOSITION. How does a person go about contacting the owner/owners of All safe self storage? We have been charged a full month's rent after relinquishing the lock. Shouldn't this month be pro rated after only 5 days?? The eyelash lady has been extremely nasty regarding the situation.”

“I am very happy with this storage facility. It is growing as they are building more units. I believe the price is a little lower than I have paid at other places. It is secured with cameras. Every time I call to ask a question or have a concern I actually get a person on the phone. They use email to send me my bill and it comes out automatically from my account which works for me. At my last secured storage facility I had items stolen. I have had no problems like that here. One thing I like there is that there is a little step up which keeps all the water out so it doesn't run into your unit. I would recommend this faculty to others.”
