Ciarra Stanfield in the Moses Lake, WA store is a TOP NOTCH worker. She went above and beyond for my family and I when we transferred from another provider. Our situation was pretty complicated with several lines and devices and she walked through the entire process with us step by step, even after working hours. She gave us her direct line in case we had any issues and she made US feel like we were a priority (like I am sure she does for all of her customers). We could not be happier for our decision to switch to T-Mobile. Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I can't say enough good things about my experience at T-Mobile in Moses Lake, and it's all thanks to Karina, their exceptional Mobile Expert.I recently visited T-Mobile to get some expert help with my internet issues, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. What sets T-Mobile apart is their staff, and Karina is a shining example of their dedication to providing top-notch customer service.Karina not only remembered me from my visit a year ago, but she also remembered the specific issue I had back then, which was incredibly impressive. She's not just knowledgeable; she's genuinely caring about her customers.During this visit, Karina swiftly and efficiently resolved my internet problems, making sure I understood everything every step of the way. Her communication skills are top-notch, and she made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I left the store with my issue completely resolved and a smile on my face.If I could, I would give Karina and the T-Mobile team in Moses Lake ten stars, but Google only allows five. So, I'll gladly give them the highest rating possible. Thank you, Karina, and thank you, T-Mobile, for consistently delivering outstanding service. I see all the bad reviews on this place, and I'm not doubting it. But I'm here to at least say my experience, all the employees were super sweet, we came in for internet. We were in out with everything set up, super fast. The Internet is super fast and is only $50!!! Set up is so easy!! I highly recommend coming here!!! Couldn't be happier.

Always fun to receive a call from your wife crying after the store manager proceeded to laugh in her face and told her that he can't and wouldn't help and to contact customer care to look for a resolution for an issue that has been ongoing for over a year. Such a great way to handle a customer who is at their last straw with the company who is unwilling to fix their mistakes.Not to mention this very store has gone through 3 or 4 managers since their opening. I have been coming here since the store opened and it has come to be a revolving door of managers. They must be doing something so good to have every one of them running for the hills or getting fired.

Went in today (8/18/23) and the little girl named Danii was just…she should NOT interacting with a customer! PERIOD!! I was already mad with billing issues and needed clarification. She tried at first then kept saying Call Customer Service for every single thing. When i spoke on upgrading then her ears perked up. When i asked about tax exempt status she walked away, came back and said oh no Washington State just recently changed the law and you have to submit a receipt for reimbursement but didnt know where to. Huh? What? You want to “quote” a law yet know nothing about how. Ok. Sure. Then kept saying call customer service. I told her thats why her store is empty and she said “well thanks for being rude. Thats why your not getting help!” Ok so i guess Verizon is starting to look better!

Today I came in seeking assistance transferring my data to my new phone around 2:05-2:15pm. The store had 3 workers, one sitting on her phone, one helping a customer and one available. The worker available asked how he could help me and I explained I came in for help transferring my data to my new phone. He asked if I bought the phone at this store and I replied I did not. He then had me wait while he went to the back. He then told me that because I didn't buy the phone there, that he could choose to help me or not. I replied, while smiling, that the workers at this location have always been very helpful, which was 100% true! He then looked me up and down and replied that it's his choice to help me or not and he choses to not. Then he pushed my phones at me and said to have a nice day. What was that about?Until now I have had nothing but good things to say about this T-Mobile location. To the previous workers who have helped me without judgement, I truly appreciate you!

I'm a long time customer. I chose T-Mobile because of the customer service when I lived in Wenatchee over two years ago. Since living in Moses Lake WA, I have enjoyed helping the new store by purchasing several new phone upgrades. I even added a line when my family grew too. I have magenta military because my late husband was retired USAF and I have survivor's benefits!?????

CIARRA!! 10/10 RECOMMEND HER I want to make sure we give a shout out to the Rep who helped us get switched over from AT&T (customers for 12 years) to TMOBILE.Ciarra was amazing, I had gone in the day before during my lunch time to get information about switching over and what steps we needed to take. She walked us through the entire process and answered all the questions we had- which were many! She quoted us for all the lines we were moving and helped us transfer our original phone numbers, this was very important to us as our children had them memorized for any emergency.We came in the very next day to finalize everything, and it was probably a 2-3 hour process, she showed excellent customer service and was very patient with us. I want to make sure her supervisor is aware of how well she represented our first impression of this company! I truly hope her hard work does not go unnoticed. It is very hard to find people with good work ethics these days and Ciarra definitely out did herself not only with her personality but she was very knowledgeable with all the promotions and fees.Thank you Ciarra for all your help, we know we made the best decision by choosing Tmobile!

I showed up an hour and a half before closing 6:30 on a Saturday. Posted closing is 8:00. All employees chatting with each other inside. When I tried to enter the door it was locked. The employees waved me off without an explanation other than a hand sign that it was closed. They seemed bothered I was trying to enter the store during open hours. Hours posted on door and online do not match actual operating hours. Needs updated.Can be frustrating after a long drive from out of town only to see it closed and be brushed away.Edited score: edited because of communication on the matter, thanks for the explaination

3-10-23 6:20pm waiting for more than an hour and a half just to buy 2 cases and the female worker walked by us to help somebody else, we were the only latino family waiting. Once we were helped it to no more than 5 minutes.

I had an issue with my phone that I couldn't figure out. One of the staff looked at it and deleted the app which solved mynproblem.
