The Complex is a great gym with a community atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. It offers lots of space, a 50 FT turf, and a great selection of equipment for every workout routine, including three squat platforms. The facility is very clean with nice-smelling restrooms. The main negative is limited street and rear parking. It provides military and law enforcement discounts and is an excellent gym to check out.
Ive been going to this gym for a while and the staff are always very approachable. Each member is willing to help one another and the staff do their best to ensure everyone is supported. A very clean and respectful establishment!
