“Yuriy at Basin towing is exactly who you want to deal with when needing a car, truck or trailer towed.
He was very prompt when I needed an estimate to move a 31 foot travel trailer and I didn't even know where it was going exactly but he happily gave me two options based on general areas it might be going.
About a week later, I messaged him at 10am to tow that same trailer that day and surprisingly he was able to show up earlier than his original time and I was still 30 mins away. Yuriy communicated what his plan was and by the time I made it there he had the trailer hooked up, pulled out and was waiting for me.
He was professional, friendly, patient, and showed a picture of an even bigger trailer he had towed to ensure us he had done this before. All windows and stabilizers were closed and ready to hit the road.
Once we made it to trailer's new home he was able to maneuver about 70 feet of vehicle exactly where it needed to go.
It's frustrating backing a big trailer up but he did it with a friendly demeanor and was very willing to make sure we were happy before he unhooked. He refused a tip for an outstanding service provided and we will be using him in the future and letting everyone know this is who to call!”

“Daniel was amazing! I was driving to Seattle and had broken down in Moses Lake, I am grateful that my insurance company found this business to accommodate me. I ended up having to stay in a hotel for the night because it was past business hours from any shops. Daniel not only towed my vehicle to a dealership but dropped me off at my hotel for the night. As we all know dealerships have their own special rules, Daniel mentioned that he also has a shop and can help me with my vehicle. I said that I would see what the dealership would say and let him know. The next day the dealership wanted to automatically charge me $200 for a diagnostics test. “My experience with Agri Fix started by calling my insurance roadside service line. My battery had died during the recent cold snap and I was hoping I just needed a jump to get going and then I could get to the shop and replace it.Cody arrived ahead of the estimate and gave my truck the initial jump it needed to turn over. I was on a work call so I wasn't able to leave right away and when I went to head out about 10 minutes after he had left, my truck died when I tried to get it into reverse.After another call to insurance and a new service request, Cody arrived to assist again.
