“My experience with Agri Fix started by calling my insurance roadside service line. My battery had died during the recent cold snap and I was hoping I just needed a jump to get going and then I could get to the shop and replace it.Cody arrived ahead of the estimate and gave my truck the initial jump it needed to turn over. I was on a work call so I wasn't able to leave right away and when I went to head out about 10 minutes after he had left, my truck died when I tried to get it into reverse.After another call to insurance and a new service request, Cody arrived to assist again. After multiple jumps we realized this just wasn't going to work. I couldn't get the truck to stay running long enough to get out of my driveway. We discussed options and I decided I would just remove the battery myself, and have a friend take me to get the replacement. Sounded like a great plan until I discovered a new problem- I didn't have the right wrench to get the terminals disconnected.Third call to insurance, this time for a tow, Cody arrived again and helped get my truck out of the driveway and over to the shop for a new battery.Throughout this entire process Cody was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and I would not hesitate to request his assistance if I ever need it in the future.”

“Alan picked us up on Deal Rd. He came in from Moses Lake to rescue Max and I when our Audi Q7 broke down coming back from Allwheel in Everett, WA after just buying the car.
