I've had an account with this bank for a very long time and they've always been very knowledgeable and helpful. I have even moved to a different state where the nearest Umpqua Bank is thousands of miles away but I've chosen to stay with them because of the quality of banking.

Being new to this area, I had been procrastinating about opening a new bank account don't know why I had waited long! I was introduced to Kathy and she was a breath of fresh air, she is a very knowledgeable and an experienced representative for Umpqua Bank. I'm glad to be part of the local community and Umpqua Bank!!

Kathy Mitchell at Moses Lake branch has impeccable customer service skills and she is always so friendly and courteous. Kathy always goes the extra mile and is a credit to Umpqua Bank.
