BIGGEST THIEVES IN WESTERN UNITED STATES THROUGH OVERDRAFT FEES! THIS IS A BANK THAT YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM. THEIR BANKING PROCESSES ARE UNPREDICTABLE AND POLICIES CHANGE FROM DAY TO DAY. THIS IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH FOR MANY YEARS!!!STEER AWAY FROM UMPQUA. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNWILLING TO WORK WITH YOU BOTH ON PERSONAL ACCOUNTS, AS WELL AS BUSINESS ACCOUNTS.

I've had an account with this bank for a very long time and they've always been very knowledgeable and helpful. I have even moved to a different state where the nearest Umpqua Bank is thousands of miles away but I've chosen to stay with them because of the quality of banking.

Every employee I have had the opportunity to speak with has been absolutely helpful and never made me feel anything less than important. They even support the community with mini art shows that showcase local artists. Personally, I'm drawn to business that cater to their town. Also, any time I've had an issue, or thought I did, I simply do in and they take the time to show me the facts. Thank you Umpqua Bank for taking care of us the way you do!

Best bank ever and does t restrict my financial needs They also were the only bank that I was able to use my debit cards and checking to purchase bitcoin miners as well as larger deposits to Coinbase to buy bitcoin- soon to be my only bank for businesses and personal real estate rentals
