Needed a form printed for an apartment application. The young man who helped was funny and upbeat. A really good kid who makes a mundane job seem cool. Printed the form no problem and no charge. When you think young kids are growing up wrong you find people like him who are the opposite and really have no reason to be other than they're a good person.

Guys couldn't just knock on the door or ring the ring camera that they literally put the missed delivery notice on. How is a company that deliveries package not know how to ring a door and wait for someone to come. Instead they decide to leave if you're not there in .2 seconds. How is ups worse than fedex explain that.

Staff should have more than minimal knowledge of in-store printing equipment. Very little help in just getting a simple job done. I could have easily made it work - staff uninterested in troubleshooting.
