Wish “Lisa” the gal that answered the phone was a bit more helpful. Was super short and not willing to help with a return or direct me to where I needed to go. During this season I understand being super busy. As someone who also has worked in retail during the holidays I try to give a lot of grace.. but man she was so rude!! I will NEVER go through this UPS store. I’d rather travel out of town than deal with the un-needed nonsense again!

Worst rudest laziest delivery company in the whole areaThey never drop of my orders but leave stickers after not knocking ever not once for me or my landlords in 6 years have they actually knocked to leave signed packages . Now they want me to pre sign online for a $300 order so they can be lazy and leave it at the door to be stolen rather then knocking and doing thier jobsIt takes 20 minutes anytime you call customer service of going through the worst automated system I have ever dealt with in my life to get a person on the phone to be blown off and ignored about bringing back my package twice todayAnd now I get a tracking update saying it will be tomorrowIf a business's ever ships to me using UPS I will demand a refund and refuse to do business with anyone sending UPS

Since their driver could not deliver to my home I had to take off work and pick up the box and they had to search for it. And he could explain why driver couldn't deliver package.

Fantastic people! Got in before the trucks left and had an item ready to go out on a truck that I needed ASAP! The woman who helped me went and tracked my package down off of a truck and got me out in a hurry!

the managers here are very VERY unprofessional here’s some context for you, they told my boyfriend he was hired so they set up orientation well next day comes around and he goes to work for orientation as soon as he arrives they tell him “sorry the position has been filled” no remorse nothing and then he watched them tell another person the same thing then them just switch her to a different position. my boyfriend walks to work because he recently got into a crash and totaled our car so basically he walked there for no reason today i don’t understand why they couldn’t have just called him and told him the position is no longer available or atleast told him the job wasn’t 100% his so he could be looking for a different job because he did turn down a couple job offers for this job.

I had applied for a job and what a horrible experience. Was told I was hired. My "first day" was scheduled and I even showed up prepared for work. Just to find out that it wasn't my first day and that I would get a call 3 days later. No call took place but yet another job posting was put up.....not only that but the 2 people running everything were depressed and the other was very rude, not friendly AT ALL. What a fiasco.

Absolutely the worst services. You’ll get an email stating it’s out for delivery just for them to email you an hour after delivery time changing the date to Monday. I would never use this company if I had a choice. Absolutely lazy, don’t tell me it’s out for delivery and not deliver because your driver wants to go home early on Friday??✌???

Never ues ups your package doesn't get deliver on time they always make excuses horrible customer service they hold your package until God knows how long before you even tell you and say they delivered your packages when they didn't even bother to attempt to deliver it

My customer used UPS red, overnight. I failed to tell them to never ever use UPS. Last time I needed a critical item overnight it took seven days. My package arrived on time at 10:18AM in morning. on Friday. And still sits there, Monday. I tried to pick it up. I used phone to arrange it. No live person is available and they had the shop not open to public. I would rather shoot myself in the head than use UPS again! Still waiting for my package. I imagine I will have to wait till day 7 again.
