Took my money out and never looked back. I will encourage everyone else to do so also. Fees here, fees there and always something!!!? Done with it!Tellers are polite though.

US Bank has always been great for me no matter which one I visit. We were out of state doing a complicated (on the sellers end car purchase) and the staff was more than happy to help us figure it it. Jill the manager and her staff were so helpful and patient. The seller even said after we left he was going to be switching to US bank because of the service we received there.

Terrible clerks. completely disgusted with this bank. I went in today to close my dads accounts. He died a week ago. The person who 'helped' me was so terribly rude. Could not help get my dads account closed down, despite me bringing his death certificate and id.

Horrible customer service. I'm glad I decided not to take my business there. I'm not sure the manager is, but clearly not training people about being customer friendly.

Mark, a personal banker employed by US Bank was helping me and my fiancé get approved for a car loan. The communication was absolutely horrible and I had to continually try to make contact with them about the approval of our loan. The car was sold before we could find out if we were approved because of poor communication. It felt as if he was almost stalling because he said he tried both me and my finances phone for two days. Neither of us have records of that on our phones. We are no awaiting an update status on our new car loan and it has been almost 5 days. The absolute slowest approval process ever and hand down the worst communication I have ever experienced in getting financial help. Update!.....never got a call back from the bank about our updated loan. It has been about 2 months now. We eventually got a new car and ironically, the bank that ended up financing us through the dealership ? You guessed it!.... US Bank. These bankers are morons and no help at all. Save yourself some time and go through someone else
