Not great but good enough. My first Walmart in Washington State. I was able to find most of what I needed in this Walmart as I am buying some requirements for the cross-country drive. Food, sleeping bag and even a pillow. Most of the stuff I wanted was in stock but here and there, a few limitations of choices and quantities. This is a supercenter so there is a full grocery store with dairy, deli, frozen and produce. Self-checkout seems to be a trend for Walmart stores and the machine worked fine without needing an escalation today. Nice roomy parking lot made it easy to find a spot for the van and then exit back towards I-90. [Review 17109 overall - 97 in Washington - 625 of 2022.]

This store is a joke! Every time I go in the shelves are empty and no one restocking the shelves. They have plenty of people take the stuff off the shelves. I know people that drive from Moses Lake to Ephrata to shop at Walmart . Let me restate this Moses Lake Walmart is a JOKE!

Quite possibly the worst WalMart ever. Checkers are slow. If they are checking out a friend of theirs they will carry on a conversation at the same time. Some times they will stop scanning and just stand there and talk. At any other grocery store in town, if you have a few items the customer ahead of you will let you go ahead. Not at this Wal Mart. Even if you ask, they will most likely either say no or just ignore you. "I had to wait in line, you can wait too."

I don't have a problem with Walmart but I do have a problem with their tire center. The manager especially. He didn't help me at all, told me I need to wait a few hours before he can even start on the car (even though I was the only car there) and then just left. Thankfully another man came and helped me, only took an hour. He should be manager. Not Steve.

Horrible Wal-Mart. Worst one ever. Employees are rude, unhappy to be there obviously. Unprofessional. Today we heard a conversation taking place between several employees over their bonus or lack thereof while the cashier was checking us out. The conversation took place between 4 or 5 of them. The manager was Randi, one employee Deena I think her nametag said was saying how she used to get $296 or so and this time was $10 bucks. The cashier helping us only got $5 but she was out on maternity leave. Another one got $10... We hung around when she was done to continue listening to their conversation as they were so upset... The manager didn't stop it or seem to care we stayed to listen until we got tired of hearing them complain. This could be part of what makes this Wal-Mart so miserable, the employees are hateful and rude, seriously the only good one I've ever seen at this Wal-Mart is a guy named Angel, he is just that... An angel.... And it's always out of A LOT of product!!!!!! Fruit, vegetables, shelves are empty, I do all i can at WinCo and Safeway even Ross and Marshalls but unfortunately sometimes I have to enter HELL.... Sick and tired of the rude a** employees though. No one smiles or talks to you, heaven forbid you need help, I quit asking, just go without if I can't find it. Wish I could give it ZERO stars! Moses lake Wal-Mart SUCKS!

Ordered an online special at a price that was great for pick up in store. Wal mart confirmed it was in stock and that the price would be honored. Wal mart confirmed the order and said that they would notify me by email; when the order was ready to pick up in store. Needless to say about two hours later I got an email form Wal Mart stating the the order wasn't in stock and yes, wait for it, they cancelled my order. Not ordered another one for pick up at a later date, not sorry for the screw up, just cancelled my order. Atta boy Walmart, keep sending another customer to Amazon.

Has some of what you need, but finding someone to help you out can be a challenge. We entered through the garden center and couldn't find anyone to help us with the plants we wanted to buy. We needed some sort of plastic base to prevent leaks from the bottom of the plants. We ended up just carrying the plants inside and checking out there at the regular registers. When we were trying to load up the car I spotted a woman watering the plants and asked her for some help. She went inside the store for awhile and came out with 8 bags we could use to put around the base of the plants to prevent any leakage or mess in the car on the 3+ hour drive home. This was helpful, I just wish it wouldn't have taken so long for us to find anyone to help with this solution.

I think I have shopped for the last time at Wal Mart. al Mart is one of the biggest money makers in the world, they can afford to pay real people to man the check outs. I am 76 years old and need to use an electric cart to shop, I refuse to use one of the do it yourself check outs. I can not jump up and down from the seat of my cart and bag all my purchases, My local store has 30 + check outs aisles, when I was there today the 3rd day of the month when all the welfare and Social Security people are doing their shopping, not one manned checkout was open, this is beyond ridiculous, this is just plane stupid, with all the people out of work, and Wal Mart only pays minimum wage, the corporation can afford to hire some real people. and until my local store does just that, I will do all my shopping elsewhere. I live in Moses Lake, Wa store manager is Galen Mathis.
