OVERPRICED! We paid 541 dollars for them to diagnose what we ALREADY knew what was wrong with it, and for rear differential oil !!! They told us it would cost 5,000 to rebuild the rear differential!! We found a used one for 600 and will do it ourself. Not sure where his pricing is coming from but he must be high. Not to mention it took him 3 days to do all this, and their communication is terrible. Recommend if your looking for a repair shop looking else where.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had issues driving back to Seattle and they took us in at the last minute to work through their lunch to diagnose the issue. Only charged us for a couple hours of labor and the parts. Really good place to go to bring your car or truck. Very reputable outfit and family owned and operated. Didn't give us the run around or make up things that did not exist. I highly recommend them and will come back if I ever need repairs while in the area.

Took my vehicle in to get fixed. They put in more time of work and could not figure out what was wrong. I asked if they had a discount since they didn’t fix it and they stated they did not. So I’m picking up my car that is not fixed and I still have to pay full price. Would not recommend at all.Services: Electrical repair

Took my son’s ‘92 Ford Bronco to Woodard’s October 2020 for a coolant leak. Had to take it back 4 times and we were charged over $1600. Jim, the owner, told us to take to another repair shop when it started leaking a 6th time. He refused to refund my money or pay the other shop to correctly repair the coolant leak. My name is Steve D. I have invoices and text messages to validate my claim.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had repairs done at Woodard's Auto and Truck more than a year ago. I needed a belt replaced, and a job that should have cost approximately $140.00 (to replace and install a new belt), turned into a bill for more than $1,500.00! Took my car to two other mechanics and both mechanics agreed that the repairs were very badly done, and ALL repairs had to be done a second time in order for the car to work. Mr. Anderson DID pay to have my car repaired at another garage!

We took my son's Bronco to Woodard Auto & Truck on Oct 20, 2020 for a coolant leak. Jim Anderson, the owner, called me a few hours later. "Timing cover gasket", he said. "We may as well replace the timing chain and gears too". I told him I was surprised to hear this as they had been replaced about twenty thousand miles ago. $1103.89 The Bronco started leaking again Nov 9,2020. This time he did a pressure test. Thermostat housing leaking. $341.80. Started leaking coolant a few weeks later. "Just a hose clamp, no charge" he said. Dec 1,2020, leaking coolant again. "lets replace that lower radiator hose". $168.36 March 15,2021.......leaking coolant again. Removed and replaced "faulty" thermostat gasket under warranty. April 5,2021 I texted Jim. "Bronco is leaking coolant again. We need to talk". Jim replied "have someone else look at it. Let me know what they find". My new repair shop found a leaking timing cover gasket. Yes, the one Woodard replaced last October for $1103.89. Jim Refused to pay for the other shop to do the work. He would only repair it at Woodard. I told him after 5 visits to his shop totaling over $1400 I was just not comfortable with him working on my rigs. I asked for a refund and agreed to pay the new shop. He refused again. So the total Woodard bill $1614.05 Bill from my new repair shop to fix the coolant leak $612.28 My son and I have now paid over $2200 I have text messages and invoices to validate my claim. I have contacted an attorney. I have also filed complaints with the BBB and Washington State Attorney General consumer affairs office.

Took my work truck here for a transmission clutch replacement and throw out bearing. 2 days after install big puddle under truck. After inspection, they never put the top piece on shifter housing. Leaked almost all the fluid out. Took it back in, they fixed it. But, a week later throw out bearing starts going out again and transmission starts making noises. Decide to do it myself this time. As I'm under truck, notice 2 out of the 4 bolts holding my bell housing to transmission are missing. And the other 2 are almost backed all the way out. They need to do way more quality control before they say they " fixed " anything. Owner replied saying they have never done business with me. That is not true, I actually use to do business with their other company as well. Teddy bear car care. Which is the reason I went to Woodward.

Bought a truck private party being said, had this shop do a used vehicle inspection and I guess they just look at the vehicle open the hood and look underneath called it a day.Took it to a shop local to me to have the one issue they said it had and that was having the brakes done. To find out that the truck needs over $10,000.00 worth of work. Actually utilizing the proper tools and methods in truly inspecting a vehicle can save some one thousands. Guess this shop just doesn’t have those things. Some of the things where no oil in the truck, massive coolant leak etc... nope according to woodards it’s good to go!!! Now looking at new motor, trans and suspension!!!Guess this is why they where the only shop that had any availability when I was looking for truck shop to do an inspection.

I called at 4:24 on Friday and the folks at Woodard told me to come down quick and they'd look at my check engine light. I went down, they took care of it, and they didn't charge me anything since it was a quick and easy fix. That's service! Greatly appreciated!
