Mossyrock Ace Hardware is my favorite place to shop. For the past two weeks I was fixing plumbing in my house, and they guided me on what to buy and even gave me helpful advice. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly — I really like this store!

Always kind and helpful. They will order items for you and encourage that if you buy online you pick up there. They will help you find anything and help to solve whatever problem you have. Always go in for the deals because the corporate website is not accurate on the good prices you can get on soil and other garden items, for instance.

Hurry to the hardware after work. 4 minutes to spare. They won't unlock a gate to get Tee posts. I mean, I would have got them out if it were me..

I rarely go to the ace hardware due to the fact that prices are high, the employees make you feel untrustworthy! You are also not able get help when asking the question of location of an item. Etc.
