These people are fabulous. Tracking updates were frequent and when I contacted them with questions they were friendly and helpful. I elected to pickup my pallet at the Mount Vernon terminal. I have never done this before but they walked me through the simple process and got me loaded efficiently. Could not ask for a better experience.

We had a great experience with a terrific driver from ABF (Mt. Vernon) and we wish to commend him and honor him for his service.
Allen Johnson delivered to us a very heavy, unwieldy, and large shipment recently. He had to navigate a challenging driveway and then had to bring this large load off of his truck. Allen is an amazing driver and was very careful and gentle with our load. He was courteous, helpful, and cautious with his handling of our delivery.
We wish to thank Allen Johnson for a job very well-done, and for going above and beyond our expectations for this task. He set a high bar to which all delivery drivers should aspire.
Thank you, Allen! ABF was well-represented, thanks to you!

Terrible experience with ABF. They no showed/no notified on two appointments and when they finally did show up my product was severally damaged and I could not take delivery. See photo.
If you have a choice DON'T choose ABF!

I am a professional P&D driver for another company, today 4/22/25 Peter arrived at a stop right after I did, I had 5 pallets to pick up, he had 5 to deliver, he asked if he could help me load my trailer so he could hit the dock sooner, he was friendly, driven to do his job, and professional. Give this winner a raise!

The driver,Alan Johnson, who dropped off our shipment today, really went above and beyond. We have a long narrow driveway we didn't even want him to attempt to drive with his big truck. He worked hard to transfer the shipment to the back of our pickup, and did an excellent job, with no damage. Hopefully you will hang onto this driver for a long time!

We were lucky enough to have Driver Travis of ABF deliver our large, bulky and heavy cargo. To complicate matters, we have a very steep narrow driveway, but Travis made special efforts to protect the delivery and was most helpful to storing it inside in an orderly manner. Most importantly, he was extremely polite, conscientious, hard-working and pleasant. Everything was done to the tens!!! When I called their office, Issac was also courteous, pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend these professionals!! Well done!!

Both execution for delivery by the dispatcher and by Cyril the driver (ya ought to clone this one!) - masterfully maneuvering the truck around our landscape and offloading into deep gravel his skills and support made for a truly enjoyable experience which we realize had the makings for a wicked disaster. No trees or vegetation damaged, box in great condition, what a WIN! Thanks, gentlemen!

They delivered my things safely and put it right close to my apartment. It was a fantastic experience to not have to drive all of that stuff myself. Really appreciate the tracking availability for peace of mind and the scheduled drop off.I also used their website up find a car delivery service so 10/10 for MEDamn sure will use again in the future when necessary
