I had my belongings here a few different times. The weekday person at the desk has been more than friendly and helpful. Very good customer service! The rates were far less than the competition. Very secure! I really like Alan Heated Storage! It's the best!

Great place for storage. Easy access and lots of carts for unloading. Neil in the office was very accommodating. Highly recommended and would use again. They also rent a van which I used and was very reasonably priced.

I have been using this storage on and off for 20 yrs. I go back every time I need extra storage. Apart from their excellent customer service they are very professional and their prices are not outrageous like many storage places. Thanks Alan Mini Storage for keeping my things safe, dry and for always treating me with respect and kindness.

You have to sign in at desk when you arrive and leave, only can visit storage unit during limited business hours.
