I've purchased two cars from Auto Track. Outside of normal oil changes and routine maintenance I've had no problems with either the 2002 Tahoe or the 2016 Traverse I purchased. I don't generally like car dealerships but Joe and his crew are okay in my book!

Absolutely do not buy from them! I had gotten a car through them and have had nothing but problems and no help or support from them on the car at all. Go in to ask for a maintenance report that they did before selling the vehicle and they didn’t have one the guy said oh I did the work on that car before putting on the lot just checked tires and fluids. Note there is a gash in the back tire as you can see I have to replace cuz they “checked the tires” go to refinance the car to drop my apr on it and denied cuz the bank says it’s not a good running car. I have had the car 9 months only 8-9000 miles sense I have had it. And as you can hear definitely doesn’t sound good at all and blown head gasket of course! Still owe 8,000 for a lawn Ornament cuz they want to sell you something that they won’t help you fix or anything! And then let go of the people who worked there that actually helped you I was recommended by a friend who bought two cars and said I was going to be in good hands with them and there great Christian based owners and yet the guy in the office now is rude disrespectful and over all careless and only cares about the check he gets for selling you something and won’t care about if something happens especially when it’s your first time buy a car or it’s your only car won’t matter they don’t care about the customer only the money..
And after reading reviews and how the company responds to them is far and few between and then came across this that made even more upset after leaving today with absolutely no help or anything just a rude cuz who didn’t care! How can you say that to someone then have someone be so rude and disrespectful!
“We value all of our customers especially previous customers. I looked for you in our system to call you but could not find your deal. Was the vehicle purchased a while ago? There is no way to predict when a motor will blow. I am sure at the time of purchase everything was fine but not knowing the future is why we offer service contracts to everyone that buys a vehicle. No matter how long ago a vehicle is purchased from us we always try to help out in some form or another. That is why it was disappointing to see your post. I am not sure who you spoke with regarding your situation but the owner was never informed. “

These guys are phenomenal!! Made a phone call the day before I made the trek from Friday Harbor to Mt.Vernon
Jerry listened to my concerns about another dealership and really put in the work to get me into this perfect little jeep!! Before we even left the lot, we realized the radio wasn’t working ??♀️ the ONE thing we didn’t check while test driving. Mike and Jerry had us go down the street to Mobile Music, have them check it out, and are replacing the radio for us! Talk about phenomenal service.
These guys really care. Can’t wait to continue business with them in the future.

Although i never ended up buying from these guys they were always great to deal with.
I stopped in here a lot during my truck and car shopping.
The manager was very upfront and seems to be very honest.
Very fair pricing and still negotiable.

guys are nice, do your hw on the car though because whatever 'inspection' that's done to it beforehand is probably just seeing if the car turns on, the one I bought from here had countless issues within only 4 months of buying that shot my total costs way beyond my initial budget.

Their customer service was good, they seem to care but I am pretty unhappy! I have drove 3,000 miles and now the car I paid 12k cash on (4K financed) total of 16k is misfiring. They couldn’t find the inspection sheet from when they inspected the vehicle. That’s my bad for even buying it. I’m kicking myself in the a$$ but I had no car and I needed something quick and couldn’t get approved any other way . I wish I got it inspected.. I don’t think they intentionally sold me a Lemon however I also don’t think they inspected the car before selling it.

Have driven by this place multiple times finally stopped to take a look at a vehicle that caught my eye the staff was very helpful not pushy or trying to upsell to me and after discussing a few minor problems on the vehicle they offered to fix the problems and already had ordered parts to fix the issues I took home the truck 100% best sales experience I have had at a car lot

I used their "Contact Us" form to ask for some more info to be emailed to me. I received a canned e-mail that said they would get back to me but if i had questions, to call. The I get a one line message from "Joe" to give them my phone number so they can text me the info. But Its a PIA on my Flip Phone so I responded "Please just e-mail it". No response.So i called the number on the e-mail and got a recording that I was going to be recorded, then two rings, then disconnected. I tried again and the same thing.So I called the number on the website and got Jerry who explained that a) Joe was at the other shop and does not e-mail, and 2) They are having trouble with some middleman "contact manager" provider. He was nice and offered to go out and look at the car and try to e-mail me some info.Then "Mike" calls me and asks what i'd like to know. I explained that I had asked questions on the "Contact us" form but because you get no record of it - I could not remember exactly what I had asked - also having inquired about other cars at other dealerships. So I'd like it e-mailed when they get their e-mail fixed. Mike lit up, told me to stop wasting his time, called me a jackass and told me to F**k-off and hung up on me. Nice impression. Proceed at your own risk - Mike demonstrated the character and psychological balance of a small soap dish.

VERY HONEST REVIEW! This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from auto track! In the last 5 years. I just went in and purchased my second vehicle about 3 1/2 weeks ago 2013 Chevy spark. these guys are beyond amazing! Joe, Jerry, Mike, Mark etc… they have all been a blessing! I know that buying a used car can be extremely nerve racking to say the least, but they don’t sell “crap” cars they all do their due diligence to make sure that you get a good running vehicle, any questions you may have they are right there to help! I still have my 2013 dodge that I bought from them 5 years ago besides the basic preventative maintenance It hasn’t had ANY issues at all! I love this new addition I have now! Way better on gas that’s for sure! Go in and see for yourself, test drive some cars and walk away knowing not only did you make a friend, but drive off with your new car/truck with peace of mind! By far one of the most honest car lots I’ve been on! Don’t take my word for it, call or go in! Check out their inventory and drive off with your new vehicle!
