My battery was bad on my phone. I called and they had one in stock. Asked if they could repair it same day and they said they could. They were fast and reasonable with the price. I would use them again

Took my Nintendo Switch in. Staff were friendly throughout the process. Unfortunately my device couldn't be repaired here in the end, but as promised there was no diagnostic fee. Grateful for the help and information they were able to provide though, and the care they took with my device while they had it.
