I was in Mount Vernon a couple of weeks ago (I live in Canada) and I went in to this location with a defective part and receipt from 13 years ago. Even though they no longer sold the identical brand, they offered me a different brand with no cost to me. Both the parts person and manager were fantastic to deal with.
