Has changed hands so many times. And recently was in the conversation center. Disgusting. Holes in the floor , tape holding down floor boards. Sticky floor. On room can't be used do to damage
and both front and back doors are padlocked , Wouldn't be surprised if not mold and mildew growing as I was getting a runny nose and sore throat while I was there but the minute I left the place my symptoms cleared up. Tryed getting a hold of corporate. But no luck.

Avoid this place!!!!!Rooms were BAD! Dirty tub with hair, mirror dirty, carpets stained, hallway dirty and lots of dust. Bathroom Sheetrock patched horribly!! Hole in wall. No regular coffee, only decaf. Coffee pot broken. Shower curtain rod broken, towel rack holding barely. What a mess!!!! Homeless in the parking lot.

Toilet did not have any water to flush it. Breakfast was poor quality. The morning front counter person reasonably rood.

Could not give Negative star rating for this property. Room was stinking of pee smell at check in and could see mold around the bath tub. Looks like someone may have just used the bathroom and left. Disgusting when I just needed a room after a long day at work. Girl at Front desk could did not how to chage the room as she had no help. Breakfast was a joke for the price paid. Yogurt was expired 2 weeks back and still served. Wonder how this hotel is still OPEN? Hardly 10 cars in the parking lot with very little lights. May be the owner dont care probably why they lost the Best Western Flag. ...STAY AWAY if you dont want to get sick after staying here.

Room was dirty, stains and dust everywhere. It felt unclean to be in, let alone sleep the night. Staff was okay. Could hear children from a few rooms; they were very noisy and made my experience even worse than it already was.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY. pillows had stains, carpet and floor on entry and on second floor and in room not clean, lots of debris. Obviously, it hasn't been cleaned in some time. Lacked towels and bathroom tub dated and in failing shape. Frustrating and unfair quality for the price. Should have known when a flag of Wyndham is draped over best Western sign. Would have left but could not get a refund. Do not stay.

Just had a pretty negative experience at this Best Western. Although I was cheerful and kind, the lady at the counter was dismissive and rude. As well as misleading about the prices, when we got there we came to find out it was $100 more expensive than what I was told over the phone and when I said something about it she basically ignored me until we realized the transaction was over and we left.

Our original first floor room was not clean, dark liquid splatter all over the wall next to our bed. The person working the front immediately moved us to a 3rd floor room, which was much better but still lipstick on a pig vibes.There is NO pool, which is the reason we chose this as our stop.

Great staff and nice clean rooms. But as others have noted this place is in a “transition” period and mainly looks old and busted. Better options are around.

It’s a Wyndham property now and it’s a really old hotel - needs an overhaul not just a new name. It’s adequate it that all. Pool was closed because it didn’t “transfer with the business license” so forget that. The rooms were large which helped. Otherwise just rundown and needs updating.It seemed like one flustered but niceish lady ran the front desk and the whole hotel. She was running around doing everything. If you rebrand at least try and put some money into it and hire some more help!

A trashy old motel bought by a hotel chain with completely inadequate investment in its restoration. Think: tired, paper-thin walls; dirty, stained carpets; noisy A/C units with the scent of mold welcoming you to your room; and you wondering if you’re going to leave this place with bedbugs. The bed wasn’t terrible, but neither was it very comfortable. You’d do better pitching a tent in their parking lot.

Old broken down motel. Soft squishy floors, Walls in room scared, up weird paint, tiny low toilets, bed was way too tall but comfortable once you climb in, filthy carpets, low quality non HD Dish network television, unsecured to the ground hand rails. Everything is very much in need of repairs /upgrades. The ok? Nice housekeeping ladies, OK internet speed except in the evening, good breakfast food in a much too small room. Never staying here again.
