Just purchased a car there and the service was excellent! Got a great deal on a 2022 Chevy Colorado and I’m so glad we were able to work with Paola and Sergio!

Overall a good experience. Junior was very helpful and it was nice having a salesman who was not pushy. They did not tack on annoying costs that we were dealing with at other dealerships ($700 Pulse and $400 Etch). We did try to negotiate and they gave us a price with or without a CarSaver Warranty. We thought it was worth the price only to see on their website later " Blade Chevrolet & RVs offers a free Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty with most new and pre-owned vehicles."

Jr was a fantastic salesman to work with. He was friendly and easy to work with (even before we knew we would buy a car from him), reliable and quick to respond to our questions as we worked through some details remotely. We would go back to Blade, and would recommend the dealership to friends and family. Thank you for working with us to buy a new family car, Jr!

I would highly recommend this dealership. Very helpful and professional. We drove from Idaho for my daughter to look at a used vehicle. Sergio in sales was excellent! I tried to hire him! The complete experience could not have been better. This is definitely a family dealership, for over 120 years! Thanks to the entire team.

We had a horrible experience buying from Blade Cheverolet. The 2016 Ram we bought from them was a complete lemon. It has had nothing but problems, and despite our consistent efforts, has finally broken down completely. Warranty company they sold us along with the vehicle is just as terrible. We flew from Idaho for this particular truck, and during our test drive, the drive line just about failed. I explained to the salesman, and other reps standing around and they had acted like they were super shocked. It had been making that horrible noise since we first arrived. After all the back and forth, and the salesman assuring us that it was totally ready to go, and would be safe for our drive back.....If I hadn't caught that bad u-joint, we would've been broken down in the middle of nowhere on the way home. It took forever to get fixed, and ruined the day we had planned. We loved how they would call every so often to see how we liked our truck, and when we finally did answer one of their calls to tell them that the truck was a lemon, and needing major repairs, the calls stopped. No offer to help of any kind, so they crawled back under their rock. We bought this vehicle in the spring of 2021, for over 40K, and we have only put around 10K in mileage on it since we bought it. We've put hundreds into it in 22' (Warranty wouldnt cover) and it's had 5K worth of repair done on it last August, 2023 (Warranty again won't cover). As of July it now has been diagnosed with several issues, resulting in the need of a new engine from Chrysler Dodge. You guessed it, warranty won't cover that either. Worst buying experience, and vehicle purchase ever......Although the staff were very friendly. Note: When shopping around for a vehicle, ignore dealership reviews that involve people who have just recently purchased a vehicle. They have no idea what kind of deal they really have yet.....

They service department got my car in right away and the curiosity driver is always fun to talk to. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Blade, and my next car will be from Blade. When you find a good thing stay with it.

Excellent service team! Their technicians, especially John G, are knowledgeable and fast, able to fix almost any problem. They do excellent work and are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance tech, AJ, performed his work efficiently, professionally, and with a friendly attitude. 5/5 service team, would recommend.

I have waited about 4 years to post this review, as I wanted to give ample time to see if the issues would rectify themselves. They have not.
Not only did I drive up from the Portland area to purchase an Escalade, It wasn't ready although I called ahead, so I had to go home, and come back in a week after I already paid for it. After that return trip, before I even left the lot, it was noted that several of the promised items to be corrected, and in writing on the "due bill", were not corrected. This resulted in my having to replace the brakes on my own, as well as many other items. Luckily, I am a professional mechanic, so I could do these repairs myself.
Additionally, I paid nearly $4000 for the top tier Platinum Wrap coverage from United Car Care through them, so I wouldn't have to deal with future issues. The "we cover everything except this list" coverage. I am now still dealing with them. The warranty company is a flat out scam. Items specifically covered, namely the AC Condenser, part of the covered components in section 10 of the literature and specifically itemized in the signed contract. United Car Care is saying they wont cover the ac condenser, because it cracked near a "weld". Well, if anyone knows how one of those is put together, that's literally how they are made, a bunch of pieces welded/soldered together. That's pretty much about the only way they fail, is if one of the joints eventually fails, just like a radiator. United claims they don't cover "welds", so therefore wont replace the AC Condenser, even though it is specifically listed as a covered item. I would assume now that this means even though the radiator, or many of the other components listed say they are covered, unless its machined from a single piece of virgin material, it wont be covered.
DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY! Its just a profit center for the dealer, and they don't care if its not actually worth anything once you leave.

Blade Chevrolet has been a staple for the car business in Skagit Valley for decades, and this is because the Blade family prides themselves on offering their customer the total buying experience. They don't just sell you a care and forget. They want to make sure that they are the only place you buy from in the future as well, by offering a service department unlike any other. If your look to purchase a new or used vehicle this is the place you should go.

If you want to empty your pockets come here, they will help you with that. Every time we service our trucks we have to replace our oil lines. What a scam
