“placed an online order for 5 small plumbing parts. 2 hours later, I called to see if they could tell me when the order would be ready. they said it would be ready in 45 minutes and to head to the store. it's now been 2 hours since the phone call, the order STILL isn't ready, even though my card was charged, and the attitude from the customer service desk person is amazingly hostile and RUDE.”
