I ordered course materials to be mailed to me over 2 weeks ago. I called the main phone, which now has a week old out of office message. No one picks up, even during business hours. The voicemail directs me to someone's personal voicemail. I left a message at this location and no one has bothered to call me back yet...over a week later...and the bookstore is only open during the day, so it is difficult to get there in person as we live near the Whidbey campus, not the Mt. Vernon campus. I have no idea where the course materials are that I ordered.UPDATE:They finally called back and gave me a tracking number. The package did finally arrive a couple of days after that. I called back to thank them, and there is still an inclement weather message from the holidays (the weather has been fine for weeks now)....and no one picks up. Oh, well.

Outside the library we students were able to put together multiple voters registration drives that were ery successful. A group of like minded students from Professor Tutt Minorities class put together a small study & activities group who were active on campus & in Skagit & Whatcom County attempting to plant seeds & make changes in the minds of ndividuals we encountered to give them reason to pause & think about their belif systems on biased thought patterns how they develepod them & how they may be able to change the. language they used, jokes they told (both micro & macro aggressions) to improve themselves, teach their family, co-workers & friends that small changes can make a big difference with many voices & over time. Black Lives Matter, Brown, LBGQ, disabled, all marginalized groups need to have systems in place that show them THEIR LIFES MATTER.

Nice staff but I refuse to buy any textbooks here, they have outrageous prices! I would recommend buying your books anywhere else. You will save hundreds of dollars each quarter buying your books somewhere else. All used books are the same price regardless of how poor the condition may be. Not impressed by this place at all.

Even though the books are ten times more expensive then you would find on Amazon or Ebay, the staff is amazing!
