I’ve used central moving and storage in Mount Vernon, Washington twice in the last 12 months. They took great care of my household goods and were able to move everything as scheduled in advance. No damage to any items. Definitely recommend these guys and Kevin, Jacob are the rest of the crew were great.

Oh my God this place was a nightmare. The short version is, they send professional looking people to handle the contract signing and then the rest is out of their hands. My items were moved around between trucks unnecessarily and multiple times (because things weren't managed well). Items then delayed by 30 DAYS in transit only to arrive damaged. Good thing I paid extra to insure my household goods, right? The claims process is difficult for no reason and I was offered INSULTINGLY low settlements to repair/replace my items. Cant forget to mention my guy, Duane. He was heavily involved with my moving process and incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. Bare minimum service from people that don't care.

My wife and I had a great experience with Central Moving & Storage. We had to shuffle our move date more than once and they were easy to contact and flexible with our date. A free and thorough in person estimate was scheduled for the morning after I first contacted them. The movers themselves were awesome! The team of three movers worked quickly and efficiently which meant that our final price came in under the original quote. All of our belongings arrived in the same condition they left. Would recommend time and time again!

These guys are the best. This my third move they’ve done. Marcos, Richard and Jacob were professional, hard-working, polite, helpful, respectful of my things - all the good things you want your movers to be. And Duane in the office was also great. I highly recommend Central Moving and Storage.

I posted my first review which I can not figure out how to delete all together, so I’m just editing it now that some of the issues have been resolved.Thank you Diane and Lenora for your willingness to work with me and for your understanding and compassion for our personal circumstances.Duane and Richard could take some much need lessons on better communication skills and stop using the “one size fits all approach”.

Courteous, efficient, and reasonably priced. Duane in dispatch is super organized. Jacob, Richard, and the other Jacob were speedy and respectful and had my items moved lickety-split with zero damage. Two thumbs up!
