“I came in the other day to pick up some items, and do a trade in on several things. I believe the employee's name was Forage. It sounded like he was a couple minutes from clocking out, but he decided to give me a hand anyways knowing that it takes a little bit of time to process the trade-ins. Super friendly and professional. Individuals like himself make going into stores a pleasant experience. Thanks again!”

“I've only written a few reviews in my life, but after my experience last week, I had to write a review about the amazing service I received from Natasha in the Print/Copy/Photo department.
I came from about an hour away to have something printed for a memorial service. Apparently there was some sort of miscommunication between the person I spoke with the previous day on the phone and the staff that day, and it seemed like what I needed was going to be a much longer/ more involved process than I had been told. I was stressed, and I'm sure a little rude. Natasha was so kind and really went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as quickly as possible. It wasn't like she had nothing else to do, either! She was BUSY running around taking care of other customers, answering the phone. She was so kind and thorough with everyone.
My husband and I have both worked for decades in restaurant customer service and I really hope that everyone in charge over there knows what a rockstar gem of an employee they have!!”
