Goodwill has officially lost their minds when it comes to pricing their items. I found this beautiful purple miss me skirt for $14.99 (SO EXPENSIVE) then to put the icing on the cake, the skirt was riddled with huge urine stains? Coffee stains…?? Regardless, that’s truly disgusting to price an item in that condition and expect people to pay that. Now I know why I don’t like going in to any goodwill. Greedwill is more like it.

I'm very disappointed that the dressing rooms are closed. I absolutely loved goodwill before they started jacking up their prices, now this? Am I just supposed to eyeball and guess size my clothes? No thanks, I'll shop elsewhere. Y'all are going to lose way more money due to this policy due to lost customers than you will to shoplifting in dressing rooms.

Nice friendly cashier,rude parents let kids throw toys everywhere
Very ove priced. Had to buy daughter a hoodie cause weather changed $9 for Walmart brand used hoodie, Seahawks shirts only $5
Had to wait 20 min for bathroom code

First, I know Its not Goodwills responsibility to babysit someone's things while they shop and I'm probably to trusting... So I am not blaming the company's policy but this is my experience today:
Took the bus to Dept of health to get a copy of my birth certificate and decided to kill a little time while waiting for my ride to get off work for a ride home. I grabbed a few things at the Joanne's closing sale across the street and then went to Goodwill. The cashier let me tuck my bag behind end of the counter & we acknowledged they wouldn't be responsible for it. When my ride got there I tried on 3 items and got on line and checked out The cashier said his manager had taken the bag to the back.
When she bright it out she said she barely 'RIFLED' through it, and at first glance seemed okay BUT, ODDLY ENOUGH only thing missing was the 'folder' of Xmas wrapping paper that had my birth certificate in it!
Ok, so, my dumbass for leaving it up front... But clearly only person to touch ît was the worker(and there's a camera) but she said she didn't go through it until she was in the back - so ???
... Again, I'm so mad at myself, but why the attitudes from the mngr? And we certainly didn't receive a 'were on your side' attitude AT ALL!!! (So ya, wish I would've respected your policy!!!) I guess that's what I get- can't believe it cost me my birth certificate! Why that? Shady...
.... Maybe it is just simply somehow sitting in the back somewhere- got set aside when it was being 'lightly gone through' or however she put it, ...🙏🏼 I am really sorry creating this situation regardless...
Ill follow up again in the morning...
Learned my lesson and hope this ends well....

It wasn't like most goodwills. The textiles area wasn't by size or color, like most goodwills are.. little annoying how the sizes and colors were all mixed up. The prices are pretty good, though!

Love that they have donations it’s so much different then Alaska, I grew up in Alaska and there was nowhere you could donate clothing and I love how easy it is!

Curly hair dude working the dressing room area is a very sweet respectful young man. He does his job very well! Great selection of clothes/items!

I no longer shop at Goodwill. Most newer items at Walmart are considerably less expensive than used articles on sale at Goodwill.
Most of their profits pay for the 6 figure plus annual salaries for their CEOs.
I think Goodwill is just a clever scam.

I usually don't shop here because it is way too expensive but I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. I found a bunch of stuff that was higher priced than I want to pay but good quality items. If you are a senior citizen then go on a Wednesday. I think that's 20% off day for seniors over 62 and veterans and their families. Really clean and not busy at all. Like I said the prices are high but I got some really good stuff. They must have missed some of it. I got this Sven reindeer from Frozen. Pretty good deal considering here was 3 feet long. 5 stars this time Goodwill! I hope you keep it up and I'll shop here again.
