Im genuinely so tired of getting sandwiches from their glass display that are days old. I cried in my car this morning because Im so broke and hungry and just said screw it and bought myself a club sandwich and the bread was rock hard it wasn't even edible. Its constantly happening here. Can you guys please for heavens sake just make fresh sandwiches each day? Or just make 1 for display and make them on request? This sucked.

Chicken was great. Service was bad.
Employee at the chicken hot bar (Alex G. according to name tag) spoke in a rude tone, threw the tongs down, and slapped the ranch on the counter.

This is probably the best store I’ve ever visited! They have an amazing selection of deli food and fresh milk in the glass bottle! I’ll definitely be revisiting sometime

Very well kept and clean space. Hanged out a few hours before closing and ordered a few drinks to go. Kellie was an amazing barista and made my matcha so much more delicious than expected 🙂↕️💖, will be coming back.

I haven't been here in a while because I don't live in the area anymore. The updates to the store are really nice, I especially like what they did in the deli and bakery areas. Everything is of good quality, friendly staff, and well stocked. I definitely feel like you get better customer service experience here than in most stores these days that heavily rely on self serve and self checkout. I will say the prices are a little higher than I'm used to in Seattle, but I'm always willing to pay a little more for great customer service and a nice, well kept store with great staff.
