“I go into this store frequently with a rowdy 20 month old. All the employees are helpful. However, Samuel goes the extra step. He is kind and intuitive. He has loaded my horse feed and assisted me in unloading it into my car. Without me asking, he as offered an extra hand. I can't say enough nice things about him. Please give him a gift card or kudos. I have seen be kind to other customers as well.
The only thing I wish for the store is more.red carts to put children in the front. There were only 2, and they were being used.”
“There was a power outage today at this location. Sucked for everyone and the lines were getting longer and longer, people were leaving carts and just leaving. They did their best to get the systems back up to the power outage was intermittent. I waited with my dad to check out and they helped us figure out a good work around to be able to get checked out. It sucked for all involved, but the employees did their best in a bad situation. Big shout out to Shelby as well, went above and beyond to help get us on our way.”
“The garden department had everything I was looking for to complete a little garden refresh. The associate in the garden dept was super helpful with questions about plant longevity and soils.”

“Just a decent Lowes, kind of dark store. Some isles are messy as compared to other Lowes I have been to. Customer service is hard to find as compared to a Home Depot, where you can usually see roaming employees, even if they don't have the answer to your questions, but can point you to someone who can. With this Lowe's you need to search high and low for an employe to assist.”
