The cutting lady was bubbly and engaged in conversation. She had no problem looking up prices for me.
The gray-haired lady in the front didn't have much of a personality.
The store carries a lot of fabric.
My experience was good.

Absolutely the rudest associates I have ever come across, hands down. Rude, curt, and for the most part, absent. If I need help with anything, I’m on my own! If I need a price check on something, they roll their eyes at me. Maybe if things were in their appropriate place, and all the price tags were present, then I wouldn’t need to ask what the price of a couple items were. If you hate your job so much, maybe get a new one? Would give zero stars if I could.

Firstly - employees were great! Thanks for your hard work! However, the store was severely understaffed - only two employees and it took 15 min each to get my fabric cut and check out. I felt bad for the employees. Please staff your store properly, your employees deserve better.

This used to be my go-to store location when I needed sewing supplies and zippers - not a sewist by ANY means, but they always had the perfect range for what I needed for my purposes.I was seriously disappointed by my visit today. Tons of empty, nearly-empty, or horrifically disorganized shelves; weird selections of out-of-season products; and two employees that I saw in the entire store. The cabinets for sewing patterns were almost all missing labels, which made it take four times longer to figure out that they no longer stock the pattern we were looking for.Not sure if this is something happening nationwide because of the financial issues they’re having, but it was really surprising to see just how hard this location has been impacted since the last time I visited. I’ll probably try a different location next time, even if it’s less convenient.

Fair selection of quilting material. Cutting customers' service can be slow.

I came into this store to buy something advertised as on sale. Knowing the great deal it was, I figured it would already be out of stock if I didn't get there early enough and, even though I was as early as I could be, they were already out of stock. However, that was not the problem. When i asked when or whether they would be getting more in , the "manager" told me, with great reluctance to even speak to me, that she had no idea when or if she would get more of the item in and that she would NOT put me on a waiting list, call me or even give me an idea of when they might come in. she didn't even suggest I order it on line! Even though she was cutting fabric and I got a number to be next in line to talk to her, she was extremely rude and made me feel like I (and quite honestly all of the customers there) was a huge inconvenience for her. The fabric sale was a great deal for quilters so she was indeed busy but she acted like she hated her job and just wished people would leave her alone! Well, she might just get her wish.

I found most of what I needed and the employees I talked to were very nice and helpful. 4 stars though because some areas were sparse or messy

Normally not terrible, although the lines have typically long waits and latet the shelves have been bare in lots of areas. No line this time, but the cashier seemed like she hated being there and was pretty rude. I was asking her to check the price of a box I was getting as the other 2 were different prices despite being the same size and style; guessing it was due to the design. She insisted the one missing a barcode was the exact same as the other blue one I had. It was not. And that one was a little more expensive than the purple one of the same size and style, so I said again that they’re not actually the same. She just kept saying they were the exact same and that I could grab another “scale one” for the barcode. The one in question wasn’t a scale one and was the last one on the shelf so I wanted to make sure the price was at least correct. She was getting huffy about it so I just accepted her scanning the more expensive one since there was also not another one to compare. Why is a price check so hard?
