I cannot say enough positive things about JP automotive. Their prices are competitive and their environment is phenomenal. The staff is always helpful and personable and will lead with honesty. They communicate well with their customers and don’t try to pressure you into expenses that are unnecessary. As someone who knows very little about cars I appreciate their candor. It gives me great peace of mind to work with JP automotive knowing I am getting great service from people who care. Check them out - I promise they won’t disappoint!

Went here for a leaking brake line. Over charged me and lied about a rusty caliper. Kept my car for 2 days. Didn't even torque down my tires. It almost comes off while I'm drving.

Mike, Noel and the rest of the guys in the shop, really go above and beyond everytime I go in for a service. They keep my car maintained and let me know ahead of time what I'll be needing next and when. It's always done promptly and It's usually cleaner when I return. I've never experienced service like this from an automotive shop ever in my life. You won't regret it.

Thank you for taking care of me! I drove to work in Burlington from Bellingham and my starter died on me. I was in a pinch, as I needed my rig to pick up my daughter and two other kids from camp that afternoon. AAA towed it to the shop and they had it fixed in no time! so glad they were able to squeeze me in. Thank you much JP crew.

Mike was great! Very helpful in dealing with our car which broke down on Thanksgiving day. Very communicative and straight forward with the repairs. fixed and addressed only what was wrong with car and followed through with everything we discussed on the car and the repairs. Will certainly recommend them and use them in the future!
