They did not inflate my new tires to the correct pressure. I told them what pressure I wanted. The technition argued with me about what the pressure should be. He claimed he inflated the tires based on the door tag. When I checked the actual pressure the numbers did not match the numbers he told me he inflated them to and they did not match the door tag.
My pass through valve caps were gone. The valve caps they used were nice but they did not all match.
A few days later one of the nuts holding the valve in place was loose and hanging. I've never seen that before.
The tires look great and they had what I needed in stock! Getting me back on the road on the same day.

My wife had a flat tire and I suggested Les Schwab. We had a new set put on 6 months ago. At Schwab was told that she needed 4 new tires. She left knowing this was ridiculous and went to the car dealer who replaced the tire. I would suggest not shopping at Les Shwab.

We were traveling in the area in a rental and got a flat. Everyone from the front desk to the mechanic was so nice. They had popcorn and coffee while we were waiting. Maybe this is for all Les Schwabs but the tire repair was free!

The front desk lady with long dark hair was extremely rude. Acted like I didn’t know anything and then made it a point to give me my keys back after making it a huge deal that I wanted them to get my Alan and wheel lock instead of them using theirs. Maybe just me because I’ve worked at a Les Schwab and only trust very few people to work on my vehicle because I know how idiotic some people are in the bays but it was a terrible first impression. Definitely never going back.

The individuals at Les Schwab are all friendly and professional. Twice in a week I have dropped in and as soon as I parked someone was right there asking what they can do for me. Everything was explained in details and the service was prompt. Thank you for all you do.

A+ rating for these folks. Found a couple of nails/screws in my truck tires (thankfully my TPS picked up the deflation) and I just dropped in. Immediately was greeted and they checked me in for a patch/plug. They were busy, it was a busy Friday afternoon, and even with the wait time being just a little over an hour (again I had no appt and it was busy) they took care of me and got me back out on the road as fast as they could get me going. All the staff was super friendly, mechanics and supervisors were friendly, and will happily be purchasing tires from them when these babies go out. Thanks again Mount Vernon Team!

My husband brought his dodge dakota truck to get new upper and lower ball joints and an alignment. They had to do extra work because parts were obsolete. Richard explained the work thoroughly.and was very professional. The manager was very professional, nice and friendly. All the people we encountered at this particular business were awesome!!! We are so glad we went there. We will go again and recommend this business to everybody! Thanks 👍

This place is a joke I called ahead of time for a rotation and balance and I was told they do walk-ins and it would take about an hour. So after driving to there location 20 minutes away and being informed that it would cost $89 upon arrival that's was ok. The real issue started 20ish minutes after arrival and they then proceed to informed me that the lady at the desk didn't know her job and that a rotation and balance on 4 tires was actually $155 and that they were not gonna help me unless I paid the swindling new up charge and they ask me to leave because they realized I wasn't the person to be taken advantage of! If you want good service and honest people I recommend you going to Burlington they are polite and stick to there pricing.
Thank you Burlington for taking care of your customers!
P.s mount Vernon this could have been you getting the good review if your weren't a dick swindling everyone!!

The manager David saved my family from buying the wrong chains for my car and being stranded in the mountains with a car that can not use any chains. He was very knowledgable and kind about my lack of knowledge. He went above and beyond to make sure we checked our manual and rechecked specifications beyond tire size for our Mini Cooper.
This location is also wonderful for tire purchases which we have done in the past.

Nice drive in location but they will leave your car out, with wheels off, and not work on it for extended periods… wouldn’t recommend if want fast service, not very reliable or safe in my opinion. Other than that ok.
