“This is a corporate store, not an authorized retailer. I think service at corporate stores is better. I came here a few days ago to have one of my three lines removed. Ashley the assistant mgr did exact what I wanted within minutes with no push back. And was nice enough to open the door for me as I was leaving. Service couldn’t have been better. Thankyou Ashley.”

“I asked the young lady who helped me with some upgrade information and paying a bill. The store was decently busy. Although there was a few minor complications with what another customer needed and something wasn't working correctly, Miss Ellenise, (sorry if I butchered the spelling or heard you wrong), worked through the issue, and didn't get flustered when something didn't work. Both of the ladies in the store were very helpful, polite, and seemed to enjoy your work. Coming from someone who has begun traveling a lot recently? It was excellent customer service with a smile from both ladies. You don't see that much anymore, Cricket Wireless, these two need a raise, don't overlook employees like them. If you do? The company will surely suffer. Thank you for the pleasant, hassle-free experience .”
