I needed a new printer for my studio. After shopping around at Costco and Best Buy I ended up at Office Depot. I was helped right away, and the customer service rep knew the printer really well. Office Depot had a good selection of printers. After doing some home research I returned to purchase a printer and again, I was helped right away, which was the complete opposite of my experience at Best Buy (look for review soon). I am having great luck so far with my new Brother printer. I have always had good luck with Office Depot, the staff is very helpful and supportive. An easy five star review!

Customer service really sucks The cashier girl was rude and offered no help had to buy my items online to get discount ,mgr came by he acted clueless Young hispanic guy was only one that was helpful they need to teach their employees customer service skills its sad cause i really like this store

I needed to select a computer which would be paid for by someone else. I had read up on what I needed but still had questions. Amazon does not provide tech support, nor doesWalmart (that I know of). Could not get through to Geek Squad. Stopped at Office Depot and talked to the tech guy for easily 15 minutes and got a very clear picture of what I need. I can now just order online. I APPRECIATE this service and Office Depot has more than earned my business! Steven Ellis should get employee of the mont.

Always have what I need. And they are always available to answer questions and help figure things out. I find them to be very professional and helpful. They are able to d*** it down without making customers feel stupid. They take the time to help.

All I needed was a 9"x9"x9" shipping box. I'm not from WA and was perplexed that local merchants around here are unwilling to give someone a used box that they're planning to throw away so I decided to buy one. Walmart didn't have one lol. Just "wow" on that. I digress...saw OD across the road and decided to give them a try. Was cheerfully greeted and asked if I needed anything upon entry! Another wow but on the opposite end of the spectrum. Told the OD guy I just need a box and he immediately pointed me straight to the exact item I needed. This is all unusual for a box box chain so I decided to write a review. Now that I live in this area I'll be coming back here.
